Validation of Vital Signs and Symptoms for the Diagnosis of Serious Infections in Acutely Ill Children in a High Prevalent Setting: The Paediatric Accidents & Emergencies through prospective observational data collection concerning specific items from the clinical and technical examination in diagnosing serious infections, such as meningitis, sepsis, pneumonia, pyelonephritis, bronchiolitis with hypoxia. Eventually we will attempt to validate a vital signs and symptoms rule derived from multiple low to high prevalent settings of acutely ill children.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate and compare the effects of Altaire Gel forming solution and Refresh Tears in mild-moderate dry eye patients.
This is a compassionate use study. In addition to providing compassionate use access to mifepristone, objectives of the study will be to evaluate the safety and utility of mifepristone in the treatment of the signs and symptoms of endogenous Cushing's syndrome when given on a compassionate use basis. The objective of this study is to investigate corneal confocal microscopic findings, ocular signs and symptoms in patients on treatment with the preserved prostaglandin analogue latanoprost 0.005% eye drops (Xalatan®) and after the switch to preservative-free prostaglandin analog tafluprost 0.0015% eye drops (Taflotan®). Patients who have been using latanoprost as their prior medication (at least 6 months) and who fulfil all the inclusion criteria including the specified ocular symptoms and signs, will switch from latanoprost 0.005% eye drops to the assigned preservative-free tafluprost 0.0015% eye drops for twelve (12) months.
