The Sentinelâ„¢ Trial is a non-randomized, large-scale observational trial designed to: 1) evaluate the ability of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA)-based minimal residual disease (MRD) testing to detect recurrence in advance of standard-of-care techniques across solid tumors, and 2) determine the clinical benefit of therapy in ctDNA-positive participants. The study offers the opportunity to 1) serially monitor participants for ctDNA changes, 2) define ctDNA kinetics across tumor and therapy types, 3) identify participants with ctDNA evidence of MRD, and 4) understand the clinical benefit of ctDNA status on treatment outcomes.

Immune Cell Therapy (CAR-T) for the Treatment of Patients With HIV and B-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma

This phase I trial evaluates the side effects and usefulness of axicabtagene clioleucel (a CAR-T therapy) and find out what effect, if any, it has on treating patients with HIV-associated aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or not responded to treatment (refractory). T cells are infection fighting blood cells that can kill tumor cells. Axicabtagene ciloleucel consists of genetically modified T cells, modified to recognize CD-19, a protein on the surface of cancer cells. These CD-19-specific T cells may help the body's immune system identify and kill CD-19-positive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma cells.

Botulinum Toxin Type A Injection to Prevent Keloid Recurrence

The prospective, split-scar, double-blind, randomized controlled study will enroll the patients who are older than 20 years with progressive keloid lesion which is symmetric. Botulinum toxin A will be injected into half of each keloid revision wound immediately after skin closure. The scars will be assessed at 1-year follow-up with Vancouver Scar Scale (VSS), Patient and Observer Scar Assessment Scale (POSAS), and the Cutometer.

Study type : A 30 months, multicentre, open-label strategic randomized controlled trial Population : Chron's Disease (CD) patients with an i2 endoscopic postoperative recurrence in the year following ileocolonic resection (6-12months after ileocolonic resection). Treatments : Stratification at inclusion according to prophylactic therapy. Patients randomized in 2 arms: - Status quo arm: if the patient received no prophylactic therapy, no treatment will be started; if the patient received a prophylactic therapy, the same will be continued at the same dose. - Therapy escalation arm: infliximab-CT-P13 will be started with two intravenous infusions of 5 mg per kg bodyweight at week 0 and week 2 and subcutaneous injections of 120 mg every 2 weeks from week 6 onwards. Main objective : To evaluate the proportion of CD patients without endoscopic postoperative recurrence (i0-i1) at 12 months in the arm receiving therapy escalation compared to status quo arm in patients having an i2 endoscopic postoperative recurrence 6-12months after ileocolonic anastomosis with restoration of faecal stream.

Targeted Radiotherapy for Recurrent Prostate Cancer

The TASTEPRO pilot trial evaluates the feasibility of PSMA PET-CT (Computer tomography) targeted stereotactic radiation therapy (SABR) in management of lymph node positive prostate cancer recurrence after radical prostatectomy. Targeted SABR is compared to current standard; template-based salvage radiation therapy. The investigators expect SABR to be of equal or better oncological outcome compared to the standard therapy with less radiation-induced side-effects. Results of the pilot trial will be used when designing larger trials on oncological efficacy and safety of PSMA PET-CT targeted SABR.
