The BurnAlong Pilot Study for Adolescent and Young Adult Cancer Survivors

The purpose of this prospective, interventional, single-arm pilot study is to evaluate whether virtually delivered group-based physical activity is feasible for adolescent and young adult (AYA) cancer survivors. AYAs who were diagnosed with cancer and have completed cancer treatment will be recruited for this study. This study will enroll 20 participants in total and will last approximately 3 months.

The outcomes of concurrent EUS-guided intra-tumour injection of P-32 microparticles (OncoSil; OncoSil Medical, Australia) with chemotherapy in locally advanced pancreatic carcinoma in the local population is uncertain. The aim of the current study is to assess efficacy and safety of the intervention in the local population. We hypothesis that the intervention is safe and useful for tumour downstaging.

HLA Typing & Tumor Neoantigen Identification for Phase I/II Study of Autologous TCR-T Cells in Subjects With Solid Tumors

This is a data collection study, also referred to as a "screening" study; no investigational or standard therapy will be administered as part of this study. In order to identify subjects for the Phase I/II study, TCR001-201, patients with following histologically confirmed tumor types will be initially screened in this protocol for their somatic mutation and HLA type: - Gynecologic cancer (ovarian or endometrial) - Colorectal cancer - Pancreatic cancer - Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). NSCLC includes but is not limited to squamous cell carcinoma, adenosquamous carcinoma or adenocarcinomas - Cholangiocarcinoma Subjects' somatic mutation(s) and HLA type restriction combination will be examined against Alaunos Therapeutics Inc.'s (Alaunos) TCR library to determine if a TCR match is available for that subject. Subjects without a match will be discontinued from this protocol. Subjects with a TCR match in the Alaunos TCR library will continue to be followed on this protocol and their clinical status will be monitored on an ongoing basis for eligibility, i.e., for progressive or recurrent disease, to enroll and receive TCR-T cell therapy on the Phase I/II study. Subjects will complete participation on this protocol when the subject enrolls on the Phase I/II study or if the subject dies.

Immunotherapy Combined With Radiation and Influenza Vaccine for Pancreatic Cancer.

Pancreatic cancer (PC) remains a dreadful disease due to its often advanced stage at diagnosis and poor sensitivity to chemotherapy. Progression after 1. line chemotherapy is inevitable in patients with advanced PC, and treatment options for patients who progress after 1. line chemotherapy are limited. Considering the emerging role of the tumor microenvironment, the combination of checkpoint blocking antibodies with immunomodulation of the tumor microenvironment could lead to better responses in tumor historically resistant to radiation and checkpoint blocking antibody approaches as single modalities. Influenza vaccination in cancer patients receiving immune checkpoint inhibitors resulted in a better survival, irrespective of the anticancer treatment outcome. Influenza vaccine facilitates both T- and B cell activation and drives interferon-gamma response, supporting the rationale for combining of influenza vaccine with immune checkpoint inhibition and radiation (NCT02866383). Based on these considerations, the proposed treatment with SBRT of 15 Gy in combination with nivolumab, ipilimumab and influenza vaccine may have the potential to provide meaningful clinical benefit by generating durable clinical responses, thereby improving quality of life (QoL) and potentially extending survival.

Neoantigen Vaccines in Pancreatic Cancer in the Window Prior to Surgery

This is a randomized phase 1 clinical trial to evaluate the safety of an optimized neoantigen synthetic long peptide (SLP) vaccines in pancreatic cancer patients following neoadjuvant chemotherapy. The neoantigen SLP vaccines will incorporate prioritized neoantigens and will be co-administered with poly-ICLC. Patients will be randomized to one of two arms: Arm 1 (neoantigen vaccine following neoadjuvant chemotherapy and surgery) or Arm 2 (neoantigen vaccine following neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the window prior to surgery). Those who are ineligible for vaccine administration including those whose disease progresses or recurs during neoadjuvant chemo or who are otherwise unable to complete surgical resection but who had a personalized neoantigen vaccine manufactured, or significant progress has been made as determined by treating physician, are permitted to receive vaccine injections on study.

Minimally invasive pancreatoduodenectomy is increasingly performed. However, technical challenges and a perceived higher risk of complications has hindered wide adoption of a minimally invasive approach. This is a retrospective comparison of a prospectively kept database. The investigators compared surgical outcomes and survival after laparoscopic (LPD) versus open pancreatoduodenectomy (OPD). In order to reduce the effect of bias and confounding, baseline characteristics of both groups were matched using propensity score matching.

25G and 22G Puncture Needles

The screened patients were randomly assigned 25G puncture needles and 22G puncture needles in a 1;1 ratio, based on the computer-generated random order, before receiving an ultrasound endoscope puncture. Each puncture needle puncture lesions 2 needles, the same type of puncture needle tissue samples taken in the same tissue pathology bottle, all tissues after the completion of the necessary cytological smears, are placed in the Formalin solution to send tissue pathology, pathologists do not know the order of distribution of 2 puncture needles to evaluate the tissue results, all pathology results are reported by the hospital pathology center, audit.
