BOVARY-Pilot is a monocentric prospective transversal pilot study with a total duration of 6 months. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of detecting somatic tumor mutations in the blood of patients with ovarian cancer in order to determine whether a blood test can replace a tissue biopsy to prescribe a personalized treatment. The method will consist of a single blood sample during the patient's visit and prior to the establishment of any newly diagnosed cancer treatment. The concordance of somatic mutations (SNV) found in tissue and in cell-free DNA (cfDNA) extracted from blood will then be compared

Impact of Disney Movies During Chemotherapy on QOL of Gynecologic Oncology Patients

To evaluate the impact of Disney movies on quality of life (QOL) of gynecologic oncology patients. 25 Patients are watching Disney movies on portable DVD players during chemotherapy, 25 patients are not allowed to watch TV. EORTC QLQ-C30 and EORTC QLQ-FA12 surveys are given to the patients before and after the six chemotherapies. Hypothesis: Disney movies can elevate patients QOL.

Fc-Engineered Anti-CTLA-4 Monoclonal Antibody in Advanced Cancer

This study is an open-label, Phase 1, multicenter study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamic (PD) profiles of a novel fragment crystallizable (Fc)-engineered immunoglobulin G1 anti-cytotoxic T-lymphocyte antigen 4 (anti-CTLA-4) human monoclonal antibody (botensilimab) monotherapy and in combination with an anti-programmed cell death protein-1 (PD-1) antibody (balstilimab), and to assess the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) in participants with advanced solid tumors. This study will also determine the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of botensilimab monotherapy and in combination with balstilimab.

Efficacy and Safety of PEG-rhG-CSF Secondary Prophylaxis vs. Therapeutic Administration in Patients With Ovarian Cancer

This study is a multicenter, open-label, randomized clinical trial. Patients with ovarian cancer receiving postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy were eligible to enroll in this study. Eligible patients were randomly allocated in a "1:1" to "Standard group" ( 6mg PEG-rhG-CSF was administrated subcutaneously in 24h after chemotherapy) and "Adjusted group" (6mg PEG-rhG-CSF was administrated subcutaneously when ANC < 1000/mm3 after chemotherapy). All patients need to receive at least 2 cycles of PEG-rhG-CSF administration. The primary outcome is the incidence of grade 3/4 neutropenia, and the duration of grade 3/4 neutropenia, the second outcomes are the incidence of FN, neutropenia-related hospitalization, incidence of reduction and delay of chemotherapy dose and safety of PEG-rhG-CSF.
