Filter by:This is a multicenter, open-label, single-arm study to evaluate the safety and dosimetry of Lutathera in adolescent patients 12 to <18 years old with somatostatin receptor positive GEP-NETs and PPGLs. The study will enroll at least 8 patients in the GEP-NET cohort and as many adolescents with PPGL as possible in the exploratory PPGL cohort.
This is a Phase 2 study to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of axatilimab at 3 different dose levels in participants with recurrent or refractory active chronic graft versus host disease (cGVHD) who have received at least 2 prior lines of systemic therapy.
The purpose of this research is to evaluate whether the administration of atezolizumab before surgical resection of your tumor is feasible and to evaluate the treatment response, safety, and tolerability of atezolizumab.
This study is designed as a 2-part, 2-cohort, double-blind, randomized, placebo controlled, multicenter Phase 1/2 study to evaluate the safety, tolerability and efficacy of RJX in patients with COVID-19.
This phase I trial is to find out the best dose, possible benefits, and/or side effects of hypofractionated radiation therapy and bintrafusp alfa in treating patients with bile duct cancer that has spread to other places in the body (advanced intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma). Hypofractionated radiation therapy delivers higher doses of radiation therapy over a shorter period of time and may kill more tumor cells and have fewer side effects. Immunotherapy with bintrafusp alfa, a bifunctional fusion protein composed of the monoclonal antibody avelumab and TGF-beta, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. The combination of hypofractionated radiation therapy and bintrafusp alfa may help to control intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the immuno-persistence (type specific IgG antibody) of the tested vaccine administered in girls aged 9-17 years, comparing to young healthy adults of 18-26 years who received the standard 3-dose schedule (0,1,6 months).
This study is a multicenter phase II trial including 2 cohorts of patients in Refractory/Relapse disease at least 1 month after CAR T-cells therapy: - cohort 1: DLBCL patients - cohort 2: PMBL, mantle cell lymphoma, transformed indolent NHL (t-iNHL) or iNHL CAR T-cells Refractory/Relapse status will be determined by PET-CT central review allowing inclusion in this trial. Patients enrolled will then receive a pre-phase of obinutuzumab followed by experimental treatment:11 cycle of glofitamab. The primary objective of the study is to assess the anti-lymphoma activity of glofitamab, a bispecific CD3xCD20 monoclonal antibody in patients with relapse/refractory DLBCL (cohort 1) disease after anti-CD19 CAR T-cells therapy
This study will characterize the safety and clinical benefit of valemetostat tosylate in participants with relapsed/refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma, including relapsed/refractory adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma.
A randomized, multi-center study evaluating MET409 (50 mg) alone or in combination with empagliflozin (10 mg) for 12 weeks. Assignment to MET409 will be double-blind and placebo-controlled. Empagliflozin will be incorporated into two of the treatment arms in an open-label manner.
