Filter by:The goal of this clinical trial is to test the effect of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF, A.K.A. Filgrastim) in infertility patients undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment. The main question it aims to answer is: Can in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) outcomes be improved by supplementing the transfer media with Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (GCSF)? Participants will undergo their embryo transfer as per the normal clinic protocol but will be randomized to either receive the standard embryo transfer media or the GCSG-supplemented transfer media. Researchers will compare the GCSF and standard transfer media groups to see if clinical outcomes are improved (i.e., implantation rate, pregnancy, clinical pregnancy rate, live birth rate).

The purpose of this study is to identify the recommended dose of vudalimab to be used in combination with chemotherapy (Part 1) and to evaluate the efficacy and safety of vudalimab plus standard of care chemotherapy relative to pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy (Part 2) as first-line treatment in patients with nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
This phase II trial compares the effects, good and/or bad of abiraterone and prednisone or darolutamide alone in treating patients with prostate cancer that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced). Androgens (male hormones) can cause the growth of prostate tumor cells. Abiraterone acetate lowers the amount of androgens made by the body. This may help stop the growth of prostate tumor cells that need androgen to grow. Darolutamide blocks the use of androgens by the tumor cells. Prednisone is used to lessen inflammation and lower the body's immune response. Researchers want to compare the side effects of standard of care (SOC) abiraterone and prednisone or darolutamide alone in treating patients with advanced prostate cancer.
This investigation will be a randomized, prospective, longitudinal clinical trial to study the clinical performance of a new monolithic, zirconia material with shade, translucency and material graduation for chairside CAD/CAM crowns. The restorations will be luted either with a self-adhesive luting material or a conventional cement. The crowns will be evaluated for a period of two years.
This is a multi-center randomized phase III clinical study of first-line intravenous FOLFOX plus Camrelizumab and apatinib versus HAIC-FOLFOX plus Camrelizumab and apatinib for BCLC C stage hepatocellular carcinoma.
Surgeons will label surgical videos of laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy with bleeding information from multicenter. The labeled surgical video will be used as training material to train the algorithmic model so as to build an artificial intelligence algorithm that can automatically identify intraoperative bleeding in this surgery. Then, we will test the performance capability of the algorithm.
