Filter by:This trial studies how well web-based mindfulness meditation works in reducing distress in both participants with gastrointestinal cancer that has spread to other parts of the body, and their caregivers. Web-based mindfulness meditation, which uses audio exercises and interactive webinars taught by trained meditation instructors, may help participants with GI cancer and their caregivers reduce distress and improve their quality of life.
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability and antitumor activity of IMAB362 in Japanese subjects with locally advanced or metastatic Gastric or GEJ adenocarcinoma whose tumors have Claudin (CLDN) 18.2 Expression. This study will also assess pharmacokinetics and immunogenicity of IMAB362.

The Habitual Diet and Avocado Trial will evaluate the effects of providing one avocado per day for recommended consumption over a 6 month period in a cohort of approximately 1000 free-living participants with increased waist circumference in comparison with a control group that will maintain their habitual diets. Participants will be recruited and screened at 4 clinics in 4 locations: Pennsylvania State University; Loma Linda University; UCLA, and Tufts University (250 per site).

In this study, the investigators compare combining autologous platelet rich plasma treatments with partial skin grafting in chronic ulcers, the results were compared to using only partial skin grafting, and among various types of chronic resistant ulcers.
This is a multicenter, national, nonrandomized, phase II trial in subjects with nonsquamous NSCLC patients that have untreated asymptomatic BM. A pre-screening period using brain MRI for patients diagnosed with advanced non-squamous NSCLC EGFR/ALK wild type and ECOG PS 0-1 will be crucial to identify patients with asyntomatic BM. Forty patients will be recruited.
