Filter by:This phase II trial studies the effects of venetoxlax in combination with decitabine and cedazuridine in treating patients with acute myeloid leukemia that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Chemotherapy drugs, such as venetoclax and decitabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Cedazuridine may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving venetoxlax in combination with decitabine and cedazuridine may help to control acute myeloid leukemia.

Vitiligo is a common acquired depigmentation disorder affecting approximately 2% of the world population. The purpose of this pilot study is to evaluate the effect and the safety of Tildrakizumab in adult participants with vitiligo.
The four tumour streams that will be studied in this protocol are based on immunotherapy sensitive rare cancers from CA209-538 which will be further investigated under this protocol and divided into four groups: 1. Neuroendocrine cancers: Atypical bronchial carcinoid, neuroendocrine carcinoma and Grade 3 NETs independent of primary site (SCLC excluded) 2. Biliary tract cancers: Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and gallbladder carcinoma 3. Gynaecological malignancies: Ovarian clear cell carcinoma, uterine clear cell carcinoma, uterine/ovarian carcinosarcoma, uterine leiomyosarcoma and vaginal/vulva squamous cell carcinoma 4. Mismatch repair protein deficient (MSI-H) cancers (excluding colorectal carcinoma). The role of immunotherapy is being defined in more common cancer types, however because of their rarity, the efficacy of immunotherapy for these cancers is poorly defined. This protocol provides an important opportunity to establish whether the combination of nivolumab & ipilimumab has efficacy in these cancers.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of orally administered TT-10 in subjects with advanced selected solid tumors. The dose escalation portion of the study will determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of TT-10.
This clinical trial studies the feasibility of implementing a telehealth exercise platform to reduce frailty in patients after bone marrow transplant. The exercise program uses a telehealth platform (e.g. smart phones, tablets or computers) to view pre-recorded exercise videos on coordination, posture, stretching, balance and resistance/aerobic training. Physical activity may help to improve physical function, including frailty, after bone marrow transplant. Information from this trial may help researchers design future telehealth exercise routines for treating people with cancer.
Medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw (MRONJ) is a drug adverse reaction and there is no consensus for the treatment of MRONJ. The aim of this study is to evaluate the mucosal coverage using HAM after sequestrectomy in patients with stage-2 MRONJ.
This phase I trial identifies the best dose of ipilimumab that can be administered through the DoseConnectâ„¢ device followed by nivolumab in treating patients with stage III melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable) or stage IV melanoma that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as ipilimumab and nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.
