NCT ID: NCT05442879 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Anterior Cruciate Ligament Injuries

Knowledge Translation Intervention for ACL Injury Prevention Program in Youth Soccer

Start date: July 1, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries of the knee are common in youth soccer players, and show an even higher prevalence in female soccer players. Clinical practice guidelines recommend ACL injury prevention programs (ACL-IPP) to reduce injury risk, yet implementation in amateur youth soccer is low, reducing actual real-world effectiveness. This trial is a pragmatic effectiveness trial for ACL injury prevention for amateur youth soccer players, using a knowledge translation intervention with the Knowledge-to-Action Framework.

NCT ID: NCT05441943 Active, not recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Lymphaticovenous Anastomosis as Treatment for Lymphedema

Start date: May 11, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The primary aim of this study is to investigate and test whether the use of combined indocyanine green (ICG) lymphography and ultra high frequency ultrasonography can correctly identify lymphatic vessels and venoles in close proximity to each other, for identification prior to lymphovenous anastomosis (LVA) surgery.

CAR-Multicenter Analysis (CAR-MA): Retrospective Study to Characterize CAR T-cell Outcomes and Related Toxicities in Children and Young Adults With B-ALL

Start date: October 14, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Study Description: This retrospective protocol focuses on characterizing clinical outcomes and toxicities following CAR T-cell therapy. Objectives: Primary To evaluate the Response Free Survival (RFS) at 6 months following CD19 CAR stratified by prior blinatumomab vs no prior blinatumomab To retrospectively evaluate outcomes following CAR T-cell therapy across children and young adults with B-ALL Secondary To evaluate the RFS at 12 months following CD19 CAR stratified by prior blinatumomab vs no prior blinatumomab and other immunotherapy. To evaluate the incidence of CD19 negative versus CD19 positive relapse following CD19 CAR stratified by prior blinatumomab vs no prior blinatumomab. To evaluate the Complete Response (CR) rate following CD19 CAR stratified by prior blinatumomab vs no prior blinatumomab. To evaluate the Minimal Residual Disease (MRD) negative remission rate following CD19 CAR stratified by prior blinatumomab vs no prior blinatumomab. Study Population and Source of Data: Subjects who were less than < 25 years of age at the time of diagnosis and received a CAR T-cell product for B-ALL.

NCT ID: NCT05439629 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Neovascular (Wet) Age-related Macular Degeneration

Efficacy Evaluation Study of BAT5906 and Lucentis® in Patients With Macular Degeneration

Start date: July 28, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

A non-inferiority design was used to conduct a randomized, double-blind, parallel-controlled multi-center study. A total of 488 subjects with neovascular (wet) age-related macular degeneration (w-AMD) were planned to be enrolled. Qualified subjects were divided into experimental group and control group in a 1:1 ratio, and stratified randomized according to the letter value of baseline period and whether the eyes had received anti-VEGF drug treatment. The experimental group received BAT5906 injection. The control group received Lucentis® treatment. Only 1 eye per subject was included in this study.

NCT ID: NCT05432193 Active, not recruiting - Colorectal Cancer Clinical Trials

FAPi Radioligand OpeN-Label, Phase 1 Study to Evaluate Safety, Tolerability and DosImetry of [Lu-177]-PNT6555; A Dose Escalation Study for TReatment of Patients With Select Solid Tumors (FRONTIER)

Start date: July 13, 2022
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This Phase 1 study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of [Ga-68]-PNT6555 and [Lu-177]-PNT6555 in subjects with select solid tumors that have FAP over-expression, in order to determine a recommended Phase 2 dose.

NCT ID: NCT05424965 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Gestational Diabetes Mellitus in Pregnancy

Cologne Placenta Cohort (CPC)

Start date: March 23, 2018
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Aim of the study was to determine if signaling pathways in placentas of mothers affected by overweight/obesity or by gestational diabetes are altered compared to placentas of a control group (normal weight, no gestational diabetes). Moreover, maternal blood and umbilical cord blood were analysed.

NCT ID: NCT05423769 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis

Safety and Effectiveness of Generic Fingolimod (Sphingomod®, Hikma) in Patients With Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis in Egypt

Start date: January 19, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The purpose of this observational study is to evaluate the Safety and Effectiveness of Generic Fingolimod (Sphingomod®, Hikma) in Patients with Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis in Egypt

NCT ID: NCT05421130 Active, not recruiting - Aortic Aneurysm Clinical Trials

Clinical Investigation of Clinical Safety and Performance of the SP-GRIPFLOW, Selective Cerebral Perfusion Catheter When Used for Cerebral Perfusion During Aortic Arch Repair

Start date: May 2, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to determine if the SP-GRIPFLOW catheter (the catheter designed by Fuji Systems) is safe and how well it functions. The information from this research will be used to help decide if the device should be approved for sale in the European Union. The SP-GRIPFLOW catheter may not yet be used by investigators outside of the study. Through the study, FUJI will prove that the target flow as measured by the flow through the catheter(s)(cumulative flow for multiple catheters) was confirmed in 95% of cases.

NCT ID: NCT05417269 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Multiple Sclerosis, Relapsing-Remitting

IMCY-0141 Safety and Efficacy in Multiple Sclerosis - ISEMIS Study

Start date: April 12, 2022
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The IMCY-MS-001 study is a study to test a new experimental drug, IMCY-0141, for the treatment of Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis (RR-MS). The pathophysiology of MS with known myelin autoantigens and T cell epitopes makes this disease a particularly attractive indication for development of an immunotherapeutic based on the Imcyse technology. Based on the unique mechanism of action of the drug, IMCY-0141 administered as early as possible after confirmation of the diagnosis may potentially switch-off the autoimmune process and limit the corresponding myelin destruction. Newly (recently) diagnosed patients will be targeted to tackle the disease at its onset. Before launching any efficacy studies, safety of IMCY-0141 in MS patients must be evaluated with a phase I, open-label, dose escalation clinical trial to evaluate the safety of three IMCY-0141 doses followed by a phase II, double-blind, randomized study with an adaptive design to determine if any IMCY-0141 dose(s) offer superior efficacy relative to placebo and to assess immune responses and biomarker data as potential early predictors of efficacy of IMCY-0141 in adults presenting with RR-MS.
