A Study of FT-7051 in Men With MCRPC

This is a Phase 1, open-label study that will evaluate the safety and tolerability of FT-7051 and determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) as well as pharmacokinetics (PK), preliminary anti-tumor activity, and pharmacodynamics (PD) of FT-7051 in men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer who have progressed despite prior therapy and had been treated with at least one potent anti-androgen therapy. The starting dose, 25 mg once daily (QD), of FT-7051 administered discontinuously (21 days on/7 days off) in 28-day cycles.

Effect of Low-dose Intracoronary Reteplase on Myocardial Infarct Size During Primary Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

OBJECTIVE: To determine whether a therapeutic strategy involving low-dose intracoronary fibrinolytic therapy with reteplase infused after coronary reperfusion will reduce the myocardial infarction size. DESIGN, SETTING, AND PARTICIPANTS: 306 patients presenting at 15 hospitals in China within 12 hours of acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) due to a proximal-mid-vessel occlusion of left anterior descending (LAD) coronary artery occlusion will be randomized in a 1:1:1 dose-ranging trial design. Patients will be followed up to 1 month. INTERVENTIONS: Participants will be randomly assigned to treatment with placebo (n = 102), reteplase 9mg (n = 102), or reteplase 18mg (n = 102) by manual infusion over 2 minutes after reperfusion of the infarct-related coronary artery and before stent implant. MAIN OUTCOMES AND MEASURES The primary outcomewas the myocardial infarct size (% left ventricular mass) demonstrated by contrast-enhanced cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) conducted from days 2 through 7 after enrollment.

Patients will be randomized into two cohorts (Cohort 1 and Cohort 2) and then followed for 3 consecutive injection visits. Treatment will be rendered at each injection visit based on the individualized routine established anti-VEGF injection interval for each patient.

Bintrafusp Alfa Before Surgery for the Treatment of Untreated Resectable Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

This phase II trial studies how well bintrafusp alfa before surgery works in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer for which the patient has not received treatment in the past (untreated) and that can be removed by surgery (resectable). Immunotherapy with bintrafusp alfa may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving bintrafusp alfa before surgery may help lower the risk of the cancer coming back after surgery.

In this study we will investigate multiple prognostic factors that influence long term survival after lung transplantation with a specific interest in PGD, acute rejection and the development of CLAD.

The information that is gathered from this study will be used to describe this population that participate in the workshop and see whether or not introduction of a communication curriculum alongside with the training program will improve communication, self-awareness, and interpersonal skills over time.
