NCT ID: NCT04949230 Completed - Covid19 Clinical Trials

A Retrospective Study of COVID-19 Treatments

Start date: February 19, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Surveys administered to subjects who have recovered from COVID-19 to assess how effective their treatment was.

NCT ID: NCT04948697 Completed - Clinical trials for Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma

A Study Investigating the Efficacy and Safety of Ociperlimab and Tislelizumab and BAT1706 Combinations in Patients With Advanced HCC

Start date: August 20, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 2, randomized, multicenter, open-label, 2-arm study to investigate the efficacy and safety of ociperlimab in combination with tislelizumab plus BAT1706, and tislelizumab plus BAT1706, as first-line treatment in participants with advanced HCC.

NCT ID: NCT04948216 Completed - Asthma Clinical Trials

Management and Healthcare Utilization of Patients With Chronic Airway Disease During the COVID-19 Epidemic

Start date: April 28, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

During the COVID-19 epidemic, the medical treatment, disease status, and medication status of patients with chronic airway disease have not been studied. The purpose of this study is to investigate the management and healthcare utilization of patients with chronic airway disease and the influencing factors during the COVID-19 epidemic.

NCT ID: NCT04947904 Completed - Septic Shock Clinical Trials

OPTImized Restrictive Strategy Targeting Non-Resuscitative FLUIDs in Septic Shock: Pilot Study.

OPTIFLUID
Start date: September 20, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Intravenous fluids are one of the keystones in the initial management of patients with septic shock, but they inevitably lead to a fluid overload, which is associated with poor outcome. So far no studies have evaluated the interest of a restrictive strategy for managing fluid intake targeting all non-resuscitative fluids (fluids for maintenance and drug dilution as well as nutrition) and especially the impact of this restrictive strategy on fluid overload. The hypothesis of this research is that an optimised restrictive strategy targeting all non-resuscitative fluids in patients hospitalised in the intensive care unit for septic shock, will have an impact on fluid balance in these patients.

NCT ID: NCT04946513 Completed - Clinical trials for Femoroacetabular Impingement Syndrome

Hip Arthroscopy Improves Muscle Volumes in Patients With Femoroacetabular Impingement Syndrome

Start date: November 1, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational

To explore the changes of the muscles around the hip joint after hip arthroscopy for patients with femoral acetabular impingement syndrome.

NCT ID: NCT04946149 Completed - Clinical trials for Rotator Cuff Tear or Rupture, Not Specified as Traumatic

Psychosocial Factors, Lifestyle and Central Pain Processing as Potential Predictors of Outcome for Rotator Cuff Repair

Start date: January 1, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The influence of modifiable psychosocial and lifestyle factors and the role of central pain processing (CPP) on outcome after rotator cuff repair (RCR) is not well enough established to formulate holistic prognosis. Modern pain neuroscience emphasises to explain musculoskeletal shoulder pain biopsychosocially, which seems short when looking at the yearly RCR increase. This study will explore modifiable psychosocial and lifestyle factors and CPP as potential predictors for outcome after RCR.

NCT ID: NCT04945863 Completed - Covid19 Clinical Trials

COVID-19 in Nursing Homes 2020 and 2021

Start date: March 31, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

To describe the effect on mortality in nursing home facilities during three separate equally long periods during the pandemic and more specifically to analyse the effect on mortality of improved preventive routines and vaccination.

NCT ID: NCT04945005 Completed - Clinical trials for Tricuspid Valve Insufficiency

Prevention of Pacemaker Lead Induced Tricuspid regurgitAtion by Transesophageal eCho guidEd Implantation Registry

PLACE
Start date: November 1, 2019
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

Registry for patients undergoing pacemaker/ICD implantation including a transtricuspid lead with and without intraprocedural transesophageal echocardiography to evaluate risk factors for lead induced tricuspid regurgitation.

NCT ID: NCT04944927 Completed - Clinical trials for Alternating Hemiplegia of Childhood

HEmiplegia Arrhythmia Retrospective Trial

HEART
Start date: April 29, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Alternating Hemiplegia of Childhood (AHC) is a rare and severe disease that is in need of effective, and hopefully even curative, therapies. Afflicted patients suffer from severe paralyzing crises, often excruciatingly painful muscle spasms, severe often life threatening epileptic seizures, frequently severe developmental and psychiatric/psychological disabilities and other comorbidities, such as cardiac disturbances. Recent data indicate that AHC genotype is in relation to cardiac repolarization troubles and to cardiac arrhythmias. The primary hypothesis to explore is that there is an association between genotype and cardiac phenotype in AHC.

NCT ID: NCT04944771 Completed - Clinical trials for Solid and Hematological Malignancies

Study to Assess the Effect of Food and Acid Reducing Agents on the Absorption of Capivasertib in Healthy Participants

Start date: July 26, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a two-part, open-label, randomized, crossover study in healthy subjects (vasectomized males and women of non-childbearing potential), performed at 2 study centers
