NCT ID: NCT05817097 Not yet recruiting - Cerebral Infarction Clinical Trials

Effect of Dipeptidyl-4 Inhibitors in Reducing Stroke Severity, From HIRA Database

Start date: August 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The goal of this observational study is to compare severity and mortality rates of acute cerebral infarction(requiring thrombolysis or endovascular recanalization) depending on the type of oral antidiabetic drug taken before the onset of cerebral infarction. Researchers will compare the group that used DPP-4 inhibitors as anti-diabetic drugs before cerebral infarction and the group that did not use them to see the effect of DPP-4 inhibitors in reducing severity of cerebral infarction.

Start date: July 1, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Arthrocentesis of TMJ then injection of micro fragmented adipose tissue mixed with bone marrow aspirate on healing of TMJ internal disc derangement without reduction.

NCT ID: NCT05814848 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Relapsed or Refractory B-cell Lymphoma

A Study of Secondary Infusion of Relmacabtagene Autoleucel Injection for Relapsed or Refractory B-cell Lymphoma

Start date: June 20, 2023
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of post-marketing Regiorense injection secondary infusion in the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell lymphoma.

NCT ID: NCT05814731 Not yet recruiting - Conditioning Clinical Trials

Study on the Efficacy and Safety of MA-BUCY2 Conditioning in High-risk AML Patients Underwent Haplo-HSCT

Start date: April 15, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

According to the 2022 ELN guidelines patients with high-risk acute myeloid leukemia were randomly divided into MA-BUCY2 conditioning group and BuCy2 conditioning group,to evaluate the efficacy and safety of two conditioning regimens in haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.

NCT ID: NCT05814718 Not yet recruiting - Conditioning Clinical Trials

Modified BEAM Regimen for T Cell Lymphoma Underwent ASCT

Start date: April 15, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

A multicenter randomized study on the efficacy and safety of mitoxantrone hydrochloride liposome injection combined with carmustine, etoposide, and cytarabine (modified BEAM protocol) in the pretreatment of T-cell lymphoma underwent autologous stem cell transplantation

NCT ID: NCT05814237 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Acute Respiratory Infection

POS-ARI-ER Observational Study of Acute Respiratory Infections

Start date: April 24, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Acute respiratory infections (ARI) are one of the most frequent reasons for hospital admission and antibiotic use, and can be caused by a broad range of pathogens, including respiratory viruses with proven epidemic potential, e.g. influenza and coronaviruses. The POS-ARI-ER study will focus on describing the different routine diagnostic and therapeutic practices in the work-up and treatment of ARI, as well as clinical outcomes across the patient population. In addition, POS-ARI-ER aims to characterise both the adult patient population with ARI presenting to acute hospital settings in Europe, and the aetiology of ARI in these patients.

NCT ID: NCT05814094 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation Complication

Red Blood Cell Transfusion in ECMO - A Feasibility Trial

ROSETTA
Start date: May 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) is an invasive and resource intense treatment used to support critically ill patients who have suffered severe cardiac arrest, cardiac failure or respiratory failure (including severe cases of COVID-19). ECMO acts as a mechanical circulatory support temporarily replacing the function of the heart or lungs by oxygenating blood and removing carbon dioxide, allowing time for these organs to recover. Many critically ill patients, including those on ECMO, have an increased risk of bleeding and reduced production/increased destruction of red blood cells (RBCs). This can lead to anaemia (haemoglobin levels <120 g/l), a condition where the body lacks enough healthy RBCs to carry enough oxygen to the body's tissues. Therefore, patients on ECMO frequently require RBC transfusion, with clinicians having to decide if administering an RBC transfusion (with its associated risks) is higher than tolerating complications of anaemia. ROSETTA is a feasibility study that aims to determine the safety and feasibility of randomizing patients on ECMO to a restrictive RBC transfusion strategy (maintain Hb concentration above 70g/L) or to a more liberal transfusion strategy (maintain Hb concentration above 90g/L). Feasibility is defined as the ability to achieve a mean separation of at least 10g/L between the average lowest daily haemoglobin values in the two study groups.

NCT ID: NCT05813184 Not yet recruiting - Dysbiosis Clinical Trials

Prenatal Antibiotics and Breast Milk / Neonatal IgA

PAIGAN 1
Start date: April 30, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

In this biological study, we will evaluate the levels of breast milk IgA, neonatal fecal IgA, and the composition of breast milk and fecal microbiota throughout the first 12 months of life in neonates born to mothers treated or not treated with prenatal antibiotics for at least 7 days after the 32nd weeks of gestation

NCT ID: NCT05813002 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine

Impact of Order of Movement on Nerve Root Function

Start date: April 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

the main objective of this study is to investigate if different neurodynamic test sequencing of the median nerve has a different impact on median nerve root function. We hypothesized that the order of median nerve neurodynamic movements would influence peak-to-peak amplitude and latency.

NCT ID: NCT05810402 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Liver Cancer and Immunotherapy in the Liquid Biopsy Era

LILIPSY
Start date: May 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this prospective clinical trial is to identify a predictive biomarker in patients with advanced HCC (stage B and C) using a combinatorial approach of the liquid biopsy. The main questions it aims to answer are: - Is multi-omic liquid biopsy approach able to identify a strong predictive biomarker of immunotherapy efficiency? - Is there a correlation between tissue biopsy (PD-L1 tissue level of expression) and liquid biopsy (detection of CTC expressing PD-L1) in HCC patients? Participants blood will be collected at several time points.
