Effects of Aerobic Exercise Intervention in Adolescents With Attention-deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

The goal of this clinical trial is to investigate the neurophysiological foundation of the impact of the acute effects of controlled aerobic exercise intensity in adolescents with ADHD, its involvement in cognitive processes, and clinical outcomes in respect to executive functions. The main questions it aims to answer are: - To find out the effects of a single bout of aerobic exercise intervention on neurophysiology and executive functions in adolescents with ADHD - To examine the relationship between neurophysiology and executive functions following a single bout of aerobic exercise intervention Participants will be asked to do three different executive function tasks regarding inhibitory control, working memory and cognitive planning and receive the evaluation of motor cortex excitability via transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) before and after a single bout of 30-min aerobic cycling exercise of moderate intensity. Researchers will compare the control group with 30-min video-watching to see if effects of a single bout of aerobic exercise intervention on neurophysiology and executive functions in adolescents with ADHD.

CB-012 is an allogeneic chimeric antigen receptor (CAR-T) cell therapy that targets C-type lectin-like molecule-1 (CLL-1). This is a Phase 1 study to evaluate the safety, preliminary efficacy, and pharmacokinetics, of CB-012 (the study treatment) in adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back after prior treatment (relapsed) or did not respond or is no longer responding to other treatment (refractory). Participants must have received at least 1 but not more than 3 prior lines of treatment for AML .

K-SAB Trial - Sotorasib Followed by SBRT to 1-3 Lesions in Advanced NSCLC With KRASG12C Mutation

The goal of this interventional study is to learn about the combination of sotorasib and stereotactic radiation therapy (SBRT) in patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with KRASG12C mutations. The main question it aims to answer is: • can SBRT be safely delivered in patients treated with sotorasib Participants will be treated with sotorasib for an 8-week-induction period and if the patient has stable disease or partial response, 1-3 of the remaining lesions will be irradiated with SBRT and sotorasib will then be contiuned after irradiation. The patients will then be followed and evaluated for toxicity to identify if grade 3-5 toxicity attributed to SBRT occurs within 6 months post SBRT. Tumour effects measured according to RECIST v1.1 will also be evaluated.

Effect of Intensive Nutrition Training, Education, and Support in Gestational Diabetes - The INTENSE-GDM TRIAL

The treatment of gestational diabetes (GDM) primarily revolves around consuming an optimal diet that does not cause blood glucose levels to become excessively high and provides an adequate supply of micro- and macronutrients without resulting in excessive weight gain during pregnancy. In some cases, it may become necessary to supplement with insulin during pregnancy. However, insulin treatment is associated with personal, health-related, and healthcare cost-related implications. The rationale for this study is the lack of knowledge regarding whether the extent of support and guidance from a dietitian during pregnancy has an impact on the treatment outcomes for both the mother and the child in cases of GDM. The overall objective is to investigate differences in clinical, cost-related, and patient-reported outcomes between women with GDM randomised to either intensive dietary therapy or standard dietary care (control). The primary endpoint is the effect of intensive dietary therapy on the likelihood of remaining treated with diet only vs. needing insulin therapy. The study design is a randomised controlled parallel group open-label effectiveness trial including 214 women with GDM.
