Filter by:This study will compare the clinical activity of novel regimens (in combination or as single agents) to SoC in participants with relapsed/refractory advanced NSCLC. The study will be conducted in two parts. Part 1 is an open-label, optional, non-randomized part based on safety and pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD) evaluation intended to generate additional data to qualify novel regimens for the randomized study. Part 2 is a randomized, Phase II open-label part comparing the efficacy and safety of these novel regimens with SoC. Drug name mentioned as GSK4428859A (belrestotug) and EOS884448 are interchangeable for the same compound and will be referred to as GSK4428859A/EOS884448/belrestotug.
This phase II trial studies how well flotetuzumab works in treating patients with CD123 positive blood cancer that has come back or does not respond to treatment. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as flotetuzumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate safety and tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and preliminary antitumor activity of intratumoral (IT) / intralesional injections of MK-4621 delivered via the JetPEI™ in vivo linear polyethylenimine nucleic acid delivery system as monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab in participants with advanced/metastatic solid tumors.
The study evaluates the safety and efficacy of Neoprene-based glue in the management of pancreatic stump after pancreatoduodenectomy (PD) in patients at high risk for pancreatic fistula and early neoplastic recurrence, compared with a population of patients at conventional risk.
A unique approach for cancer treatment employing intratumoral diffusing alpha radiation emitter device for superficial cutaneous, mucosal or soft tissue neoplasia
In this Phase 2, Single-Arm, Multi-Center, Open-Label Study, participants with previously treated locally advanced unresectable or metastatic solid tumors with mismatched repair deficient (dMMR) or microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H) will be treated with anti-PD-1 Monoclonal Antibody Tislelizumab (BGB-A317).
This is a multicenter, open label, sequential-cohort, dose escalation & expansion phase I study to evaluate the clinical safety, tolerability, PK, and preliminary efficacy of CS3006 and to establish the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD), if any, Recommended Phase II Doses (RP2Ds) and regimen of CS3006. The study is composed of two parts: Part 1 for dose escalation and Part 2 for dose expansion.
This is a phase I, open-label study to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and preliminary anti-tumor activity of MEDI9447 in Japanese patients with advanced solid malignancies. This study consists of 2 cohorts. Cohort 1 (dose level 1) and Cohort 2 (dose level 2). At least 3 or up to 6 evaluable Japanese patients with advanced solid malignancies will be enrolled in each cohort.
This is a Phase 1b study to explore the safety and efficacy of GX-I7 in combination with CPA in patients with metastatic or recurrent solid tumors.
Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) is a potentially curative treatment for a variety of hematologic malignancies. Bacterial infections remain a common complication of allo-HSCT, especially in the pre-engraftment phase. Pre-engraftment neutropenia typically lasts for up to 2 weeks in autologous HSCT but is considerably longer in allogeneic HSCT recipients who receive myeloablative conditioning regimens. This is a prospective, randomized, controlled, phase II/III clinical trial that aims to investigate the beneficial and harmful effects of prophylactic use of imipenem in patients with hematological malignancies before allo-HSCT. All patients aged above 14 years, diagnosed with hematological malignancies and ready to undergo allo-HSCT, no active infection within 3 weeks before allo-HSCT, with a normal CT scan-chest before entering the transplantation cabin and willing to participate in the trial will be enrolled.
