Start date: September 5, 2023
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is an open-labeled, single-center phase I study in patients with incurable advanced solid tumors, who failed with all previous standard therapy. The aim is to observe and evaluate the safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity of LK101 injection.

NCT ID: NCT06051695 Recruiting - Cancer Clinical Trials

A Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of A2B694, a Logic-gated CAR T, in Subjects With Solid Tumors That Express MSLN and Have Lost HLA-A*02 Expression

EVEREST-2
Start date: April 3, 2024
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this study is to test A2B694, an autologous logic-gated Tmod™ CAR T-cell product in subjects with solid tumors including colorectal cancer (CRC), pancreatic cancer (PANC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), ovarian cancer (OVCA), mesothelioma (MESO), and other solid tumors that express MSLN and have lost HLA-A*02 expression. The main questions this study aims to answer are: Phase 1: What is the recommended dose of A2B694 that is safe for patients Phase 2: Does the recommended dose of A2B694 kill the solid tumor cells and protect the patient's healthy cells Participants will be required to perform study procedures and assessments, and will also receive the following study treatments: Enrollment and Apheresis in BASECAMP-1 (NCT04981119) Preconditioning Lymphodepletion (PCLD) Regimen A2B694 Tmod CAR T cells at the assigned dose

NCT ID: NCT06050447 Recruiting - Colorectal Cancer Clinical Trials

Factors Affecting the Results of Treatment of Patients With Colorectal Cancer

Start date: September 1, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

The study attempts to quantify the relative risks for mortality, anastomotic leakage and other early and late postoperative complications, recurrence rate, cancer-specific survival, recurrence-free survival after colorectal surgery for patients with colorectal cancer depending on the localization of the tumor.

NCT ID: NCT06047860 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Solid Tumor

A Clinical Study of Recombinant Human Vascular Endothelial Inhibitor in Combination With PRaG for Advanced Refractory Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Start date: June 16, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Exploring the efficacy and safety of recombinant human vascular endothelial inhibitor (Endo) in combination with Bragg therapy in advanced refractory non-small cell lung

NCT ID: NCT06047379 Recruiting - Colorectal Cancer Clinical Trials

Safety and Efficacy of NEO212 in Patients With Astrocytoma IDH-mutant, Glioblastoma IDH-wildtype or Brain Metastasis

Start date: November 1, 2023
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This multi-site, Phase 1/2 clinical trial is an open-label study to identify the safety, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy of a repeated dose regimen of NEO212 for the treatment of patients with radiographically-confirmed progression of Astrocytoma IDH-mutant, Glioblastoma IDH-wildtype, and the safety, pharmacokinetics and efficacy of a repeated dose regimen of NEO212 when given with select SOC for the treatment of solid tumor patients with radiographically confirmed uncontrolled brain metastasis. The study will have three phases, Phase 1, Phase 2a and Phase 2b.

NCT ID: NCT06046742 Recruiting - Solid Tumor Clinical Trials

A Study of Intravenous M1-c6v1 for Locally Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors

Start date: May 10, 2024
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

A Phase I Study of the Safety and Tolerability of M1-c6v1 Administered Via Intravenously for Treatment of Patients With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors

NCT ID: NCT06046131 Recruiting - Neoplasm Metastasis Clinical Trials

Clinical, Genetic and Environmental Determinants of Prostate Cancer Progression.

KP-CARAIBES
Start date: February 28, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The course and progression of prostate cancer is highly variable, depending on the individual characteristics, the aggressiveness of the disease at the time of diagnosis as well as the ethno-geographic origins of the individuals. The general objective of the project is to identify the clinical, genetic and environmental determinants (risk factors) of the evolution, progression and complications of the disease according to the treatment options. Identifying modifiable and non-modifiable prognostic determinants of disease progression is a major challenge. This knowledge will help guide treatment choices but also, especially in high-risk populations (high incidence of disease) to better tailor prevention policies and possibly screening .

NCT ID: NCT06044441 Recruiting - Neoplasms Clinical Trials

Evaluation and Implementation Preparation of a Proactive Palliative Care Model (ENABLE-SG)

ENABLE-SG
Start date: December 26, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The current interdisciplinary specialist palliative care model focuses on supporting patients with advanced cancer who have complex problems in the last weeks of life. Consequently, palliative care is often provided late and in response to uncontrolled symptoms during crises. Palliative care models should shift from this reactionary illness-stress paradigm to a proactive health-wellness approach that is integrated early in the patient's disease trajectory. A proactive early palliative care telehealth model, ENABLE (Educate, Nurture, Advise, Before Life Ends), was developed in the U.S. to coach patients with advanced cancers and their family caregivers on how to cope effectively with serious illness. By empowering individuals early before acute distress and symptoms occur, patients and families can better mitigate and avoid crises. Building on positive health outcomes demonstrated by the ENABLE model in the U.S., the study team has successfully pilot-tested a culturally adapted ENABLE-SG model in Singapore. This study seeks to test the effectiveness of this ENABLE-SG model among patients with recently diagnosed advanced cancer and their caregivers while simultaneously collecting data on real-world implementation.
