Filter by:Prospective, single-center, single-arm, open-label,interventional study evaluating adoptive cell therapy (ACT) with autologous tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) infusion (HS-IT101) after lymphodepletion preparative with fludarabine and cyclophosphamide regimen, followed by IL-2, for the treatment of patients with advanced solid tumor.
The purpose of this research is to assess the safety, tolerability and effectiveness of PM1021 Monotherapy and PM1021 in Combination with PM8001 in Patients with Advanced Solid Tumours. In this study, up to 30 patients will be enrolled in Australia only. Advanced solid cancers are associated with poor prognosis and pose a significant challenge for treatment strategies. Effective treatments for advanced metastatic malignancies that have failed available standard of care treatment represent a major unmet medical need. Biotheus Inc. is developing PM1021, a monoclonal anti-T cell immunoglobulin and immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motif domains (TIGIT) antibody (IgG1) and PM8001 (a PD-L1/TGF-beta bispecific Fc fusion protein) as treatment for advanced solid tumours.
Finding an effective treatment to rescue with resistance of PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor has been an urgent problem. The PRaG trial as a salvage therapy in advanced solid tumors has obtained satisfactory results. We found that patients with PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors resistance are more likely to benefit from the PRaG regimens(PD-1 inhibitors combined with radiotherapy and GM-CSF with IL-2). Further phase II clinical trial was conducted to confirm the efficacy and safety of PRaG regimen rechallenge for patients with resistance to PD1/PD-L1 inhibitors in refractory advanced solid tumors.
An Open-label, Multicenter Phase II Clinical Study to Evaluate Safety, Efficacy and PK of HLX208 (BRAF V600E Inhibitor) in Advanced Solid Tumor With BRAF V600 Mutation
An exploratory clinical study of short course radiotherapy combined with surufatinib and sintilimab in the treatment of relapsed and refractory advanced solid tumors
This is a Phase I, open-label, multi-center, dose-finding study to assess the safety, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of ET0038 in patients with advanced solid tumors. It is anticipated that approximately 34 subjects will be enrolled in the dose-escalation phase of the study. ET0038 will be administered orally once daily (QD) in 21-day treatment cycles.
This is a phase I/II , open-label, multicenter single arm study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic (PK), and immunogenicity of 6MW3511.
The study is a Phase 1, open-label, multicenter, dose escalation study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, PK and PD of ASKG315 as a single agent (Part 1) and in combination with pembrolizumab (Part 2) in patients with advanced solid tumors.
Study will be conducted with 2 stages.
This is an open-label, multi-center phase 1b study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Sirolimus for injection (albumin-bound) in patients with malignant solid tumors with TSC1 or TSC2 genetic alterations.
