NCT ID: NCT04889144 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Metastatic Malignant Solid Neoplasm

PLAN Intervention to Enhance Engagement of Latino Cancer Patients in Advanced Care Planning

Start date: January 1, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This trial tests whether Planning for Your Advance Care Needs (PLAN) intervention works to enhance Latino patients' understanding of and engagement in advanced care planning. The PLAN intervention may be an effective method to help people with cancer plan for and talk about advance care planning (the care they would want if they were unable to communicate) with their loved ones and doctors.

NCT ID: NCT04887870 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced or Metastatic Solid Malignancies

Study of Sitravatinib With or Without Other Anticancer Therapies Receiving Clinical Benefit From Parent Study

Start date: June 30, 2021
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

A Study of Sitravatinib Alone or in Combination with Other Anticancer Therapies in Advanced or Metastatic Malignancies

NCT ID: NCT04886622 Completed - Solid Tumor Clinical Trials

A Study of DT2216 in Relapsed/Refractory Malignancies

Start date: August 25, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

A Phase 1, Open-Label, Dose Escalation, and Cohort Expansion Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics (PK) and Clinical Activity of DT2216, an Antiapoptotic Protein Targeted Degradation Compound, in Subjects with Relapsed or Refractory Malignancies

NCT ID: NCT04886271 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Solid Tumor

Recombinant Humanized Anti-CD47 / PD-1 Bifunctional Antibody HX009 Injection in the Treatment of Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: May 12, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a multi-center phase II clinical trial to evaluate the anti-tumor activity and safety of HX009 in subjects with advanced solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT04883957 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Mature B-cell Malignancies

Study of BGB-11417 in Adult Participants With Mature B-cell Malignancies

Start date: July 5, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of BGB-11417 monotherapy, define the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or maximum administered dose and the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of BGB-11417 monotherapy for the selected B-cell malignancy dose finding cohorts, and evaluate the safety and tolerability of the ramp-up dosing schedule in the evaluated disease types.

NCT ID: NCT04882917 Completed - Clinical trials for Advanced Solid Tumors

First-in-human Study of M4076 in Advanced Solid Tumors (DDRiver Solid Tumors 410)

Start date: May 24, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to determine the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), maximum tolerated dose (MTD) (if reached) and early signs of efficacy of M4076 monotherapy in participants with solid tumors in dose escalation (Part 1A). Once the recommended dose for expansion (RDE) is declared in Part 1A, a preliminary food effect cohort, Part 1B, will follow at the RDE determined from Part 1A.

NCT ID: NCT04881981 Not yet recruiting - Malignant Neoplasms Clinical Trials

A Phase I Study Evaluating the Safety of Stereotactic Central Ablative Radiation Therapy (SCART) for Bulky Metastatic or Recurrent Cancer

Start date: June 5, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

We aim to evaluate the feasibility and toxicity of testing the tolerance and immunogenic effects of high-dose SCART radiotherapy in patients with bulky metastatic or recurrent cancer in the setting of a single-arm phase I clinical trial. The primary endpoint of the study was to determine dose-limiting toxicities (DLT)s and the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) of SCART to bulky metastatic or recurrent cancers.

NCT ID: NCT04880681 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Prostate Cancer (Diagnosis)

Evaluation of Length and Quality of Prostate Biopsies Taken by a New Biopsy Needle

Start date: May 17, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Patient-blinded randomized controlled trial evaluating length and quality of prostate biopsies taken by a novel biopsy needle.

NCT ID: NCT04880564 Terminated - Clinical trials for Relapsed Lymphoid Malignancies

A Study of CN1 in Combination With CN401 in Adult Patients With Relapsed/Refractory Lymphoid Malignancies

Start date: July 28, 2021
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The study is designed to investigate the safety, tolerability and preliminary efficacy in combination with CN1 and CN401 in adult patients with relapsed/refractory lymphoid malignancies.

NCT ID: NCT04879121 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Metastatic Malignant Solid Neoplasm

Larotrectinib for the Treatment of NTRK Amplification Positive, Locally Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors

Start date: April 30, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial studies the effect of larotrectinib in treating patients with NTRK gene amplification positive solid tumors that have spread to nearby tissues or lymph nodes (locally advanced) or other places in the body (metastatic). Larotrectinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
