Recombinant LH Supplementation Timing Strategies (From Day 1 or Day 6) to a Standard GnRH Agonist Long Protocol in Subsequent COS Cycle of Older Patients With Unexpected Poor or Suboptimal Ovarian Response

Start date: December 25, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

A randomized, controlled, pilot study, for Patients ≥ 35 years and < 40 years old with sufficient ovarian reserve parameters (AFC≥ 5), but showed an unexpected poor or suboptimal ovarian response(defined as ≤ 9 retrieved oocytes in previous full-stimulation cycle, but not get live birth after all embryos were used ). In order to get better oocyte number and quality in the new COS cycle, we will compare LH supplementation from beginning with from middle of stimulation in GnRH-a long protocol.

NCT ID: NCT04170517 Completed - Infertility Clinical Trials

Serum Progesterone Levels on the Day of Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) and Pregnancy Outcomes

ProFET
Start date: January 2, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Frozen embryo transfer (FET) cycles have become more common in recent years due to a push towards elective single embryo transfer (SET). While it is known that progesterone supplementation during the luteal phase improves clinical pregnancy rates, there is a paucity of prospective data on the impact of serum progesterone levels on pregnancy outcomes in FET cycles. This multicentre prospective cohort study aims to investigate the association between serum progesterone levels on the day of FET and pregnancy outcomes, and to determine a serum progesterone cut-off value above which clinical pregnancy and live birth are more likely to occur. Women undergoing ART-FET cycles at CARE Fertility clinics in the UK will be recruited and their serum progesterone measured on the day of frozen embryo transfer. Follow-up data will be stored in electronic patient records and analysed to determine whether a low serum progesterone level on the day of FET adversely affects ART outcomes.

Preimplantation Genetic Testing in Women of Advanced Maternal Age

GETSET
Start date: March 5, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The GETSET trial is a prospective randomized trial designed to evaluate the clinical outcomes of incorporating preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidies (PGT-A) in elective single embryo transfer in women between 35 and 40 years of age.

Ovarian Hyperstimulation and Fibrin Clot Properties.

Start date: November 18, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The impact evaluation of ovarian hyperstimulation on coagulation and fibrinolysis in infertile women. Comparative analysis between different ovarian stimulation protocols on thrombin formation and efficiency of fibrinolysis in women diagnosed with infertility.

Ovarian Rejuvenation for Premature Ovarian Insufficiency and Poor Ovarian Response

Start date: February 24, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The objective of this study is to perform a prospective randomized controlled trial seeking to characterize the effects of intra-ovarian injection of platelet rich plasma (PRP) on biomarkers of ovarian reserve as well as IVF outcomes in women with primary ovarian insufficiency (POI) and poor ovarian response (POR) who decline the use of an egg donor to establish a pregnancy.

The Effect of the Mind/Body Program for Fertility, Hungarian Version, on Well-Being and Assisted Reproduction Outcomes

Start date: December 15, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Involuntary childlessness is an emotionally stressful experience; however, psychosocial counseling is typically not available in Hungarian routine fertility care. The aim of this randomized controlled trial (RCT) is to examine the effectiveness of a Mind/Body psychological fertility intervention for women in reproductive treatment. We hypothesize that participants of the Mind/Body Program for Fertility, Hungarian version, will have more favorable psychological well-being, ART outcome results than participants of the Fertility Support Groups.

Transcriptomic Evaluation of Endometrial Receptivity

Start date: January 28, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The purpose of this study is to comprehensively evaluate the transcriptomic signal of the endometrium before, during, and after the window of receptivity.
