NCT ID: NCT03755791 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Study of Cabozantinib in Combination With Atezolizumab Versus Sorafenib in Subjects With Advanced HCC Who Have Not Received Previous Systemic Anticancer Therapy

COSMIC-312
Start date: June 10, 2018
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This Phase 3 study evaluates the safety and efficacy of cabozantinib in combination with atezolizumab versus the standard of care sorafenib in adults with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) who have not received previous systemic anticancer therapy. A single-agent cabozantinib arm will be enrolled in which subjects receive single agent cabozantinib in order to determine its contribution to the overall safety and efficacy of the combination with atezolizumab.

NCT ID: NCT03755414 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Myelodysplastic Syndromes

Study of Itacitinib for the Prophylaxis of Graft-Versus-Host Disease and Cytokine Release Syndrome After T-cell Replete Haploidentical Peripheral Blood Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation

Start date: September 4, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

In this trial, the investigators will begin to explore the possibility that, as in mice, janus kinase inhibitor 1 (JAK1) inhibition with haploidentical-hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) may mitigate graft-versus-host-disease (GVHD) and cytokine release syndrome (CRS) while retaining Graft-versus-Leukemia (GVL) and improving engraftment. The purpose of this pilot study is to determine the safety of itacitinib with haplo-hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) measured by the effect on engraftment and grade III-IV GVHD.

NCT ID: NCT03754790 Active, not recruiting - Hemophilia Clinical Trials

Long-term Safety and Efficacy Study of Fitusiran in Patients With Hemophilia A or B, With or Without Inhibitory Antibodies to Factor VIII or IX

ATLAS-OLE
Start date: January 9, 2019
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Primary Objective: To characterize the long-term safety and tolerability of fitusiran Secondary Objectives: - To characterize the efficacy and long-term efficacy of fitusiran as assessed by the frequency of: - Bleeding episodes - Spontaneous bleeding episodes - Joint bleeding episodes - To characterize the effects of fitusiran on health-related quality of life (HRQOL) measures in participants ≥17 years of age

NCT ID: NCT03754465 Active, not recruiting - Diabetic Foot Ulcer Clinical Trials

Clinical Study of ALLO-ASC-SHEET in Subjects With Diabetic Foot Ulcers

Start date: May 9, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a phase 2 double-blind clinical study to evaluate the efficacy and Safety of ALLO-ASC-SHEET in subjects with Diabetic Foot Ulcers, compared to placebo therapy.

NCT ID: NCT03753464 Active, not recruiting - Periimplantitis Clinical Trials

The Role of Functional Epigenetic Modifications in Peri-Implantitis

Start date: October 1, 2018
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The aim of this pilot, exploratory, single blind clinical trial is to evaluate the epigenetic changes associated with peri-implantitis.

NCT ID: NCT03752827 Active, not recruiting - Rotator Cuff Tear Clinical Trials

Autologous Adult Adipose-Derived Regenerative Cell Injection Into Chronic Partial-Thickness Rotator Cuff Tears

Start date: May 13, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this investigation is to evaluate the safety and superior effectiveness in functional improvement in patients with partial-thickness rotator cuff tears (PTRCTs) after the administration of a single injection of adipose-derived regenerative cells (ADRCs) into the partial-thickness rotator cuff tear compared to the administration of a single corticosteroid injection into the associated subacromial space.

NCT ID: NCT03752684 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Calcium Oxalate Urolithiasis

Oxalobacter Formigenes Colonization and Urinary Oxalate Excretion

Start date: April 2, 2018
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this research study is to assess the efficacy of ingesting a small amount of the harmless bacterium Oxalobacter formigenes in establishing residence in the guts of human subjects and to determine whether this influences the oxalate passed in urine of healthy volunteers.

NCT ID: NCT03752619 Active, not recruiting - Shoulder Pain Clinical Trials

Peripheral Nerve Stimulation(PNS) for Subacromial Impingement Syndrome(SIS)

Start date: March 1, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Shoulder pain accounts for 16% of all musculoskeletal complaints in the healthy adult population. Subacromial impingement syndrome (SIS) is the most common cause of shoulder pain. Many patients with chronic pain from subacromial impingement syndrome (SIS) will fail treatment efforts and have longstanding pain. This project will evaluate the efficacy of a novel approach to treatment, percutaneous peripheral nerve stimulation, for participants with chronic shoulder pain due to subacromial impingement syndrome (SIS).

NCT ID: NCT03752398 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

A Study of XmAb®23104 in Subjects With Selected Advanced Solid Tumors (DUET-3)

DUET-3
Start date: May 1, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 1, multiple dose, ascending dose escalation study to define a MTD/RD and regimen of XmAb23104, to describe safety and tolerability, to assess PK and immunogenicity, and to preliminarily assess anti-tumor activity of XmAb23104 monotherapy and combination therapy with ipilimumab in subjects with selected advanced solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT03752268 Active, not recruiting - Other Cancer Clinical Trials

Development of an Intervention to Enhance Cancer Pain Management

Start date: April 15, 2014
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This research study is being done to understand how patients with chronic cancer pain take their long-acting opioid medications, and to develop an intervention to enhance cancer pain management.
