NCT ID: NCT06141343 Completed - Fatigue Clinical Trials

A Study of the Next-generation Probiotic, Veillonella Atypica FB0054 vs Placebo

ProjectV
Start date: August 1, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

In this study, the investigators are assessing the ability of Veillonella (Veillonella atypica FB0054) to decrease fatigue and increase energy in a heterogeneous cohort of healthy adults compared to placebo. Study subjects will fill out a baseline health and habit survey followed by daily and weekly surveys over a two week baseline period to understand their baseline habits, fatigue, and energy levels. After this, subjects will take one daily capsule orally of one of two doses of Veillonella or placebo for four weeks, while again filling out both daily and weekly surveys. Finally, there will be a two week washout period with no supplementation but only daily and weekly surveys. At the end of the study, there will be a final experience survey.

NCT ID: NCT06141135 Recruiting - Infertility, Female Clinical Trials

GEnetic Testing in Elective Single Embryo Transfer (GETSET): A Randomized Clinical Trial

GETSET
Start date: November 15, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The GETSET trial is a prospective randomized trial designed to evaluate the clinical outcomes of incorporating preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidies (PGT-A) in elective single embryo transfer in women between 35 and 40 years of age.

NCT ID: NCT06141031 Recruiting - Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trials

Trial of Radiotherapy in Combination With TTI-101 in Patients With Borderline Resectable Pancreatic Cancer

Start date: January 16, 2024
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

To evaluate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of TTI-101 given in combination with Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) in borderline resectable pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.

NCT ID: NCT06140927 Recruiting - Spinal Stenosis Clinical Trials

Effect of Ketamine on Intraoperative Motor Evoked Potentials

Start date: December 1, 2023
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about the effect of ketamine on intraoperative motor evoked potentials in adult patients undergoing thoracolumbar spinal fusions. Participants will undergo a standard anesthetic. In addition to the standard anesthetic, the patients will be administered increasing doses of ketamine with motor-evoked potentials being measured at each dose, to assess any impacts.

NCT ID: NCT06140836 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Carcinoma, Non-Small-Cell Lung

A Study of Repotrectinib Versus Crizotinib in Participants With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor (TKI)-naïve ROS1-positive Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) (TRIDENT-3)

Start date: December 21, 2023
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of repotrectinib and crizotinib in participants with locally advanced or metastatic TKI-naïve ROS1-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

NCT ID: NCT06140823 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Predictive Cancer Model

Prospective Validation of Liver Cancer Risk Computation (LIRIC) Models

Start date: April 1, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The goal of this prospective observational cohort study is to validate previously developed Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) risk prediction algorithms, the Liver Risk Computation (LIRIC) models, which are based on electronic health records. The main questions it aims to answer are: - Will our retrospectively developed general population LIRIC models, developed on routine EHR data, perform similarly when prospectively validated, and reliably and accurately predict HCC in real-time? - What is the average time from model deployment and risk prediction, to the date of HCC development and what is the stage of HCC at diagnosis? The risk model will be deployed on data from individuals eligible for the study. Each individual will be assigned a risk score and tracked over time to assess the model's discriminatory performance and calibration.

NCT ID: NCT06140810 Recruiting - Anesthesia Clinical Trials

Impact of Atelectasis on RVEDP Following Orthotropic Heart Transplantation

Start date: November 20, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Following orthoptopic heart transplantation (OHT), children undergo surveillance cardiac catheterizations to assess for signs of rejection including muscle biopsy as well as pressure measurements to guide post transplant treatment regiments. These procedures are done under general anesthesia which promotes lung tissue collapse (atelectasis). What is not known is the effect of atelectasis on intracardiac pressures which are a critical area of monitoring post-transplant patients for rejection.

NCT ID: NCT06140784 Completed - Gingivitis Clinical Trials

A Clinical Study to Assess the Gingivitis and Plaque Effects of Various Dentifrices

Start date: September 2, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the effect four different dentifrices have on gingivitis after 12 weeks of product use. The secondary objectives are to assess the effect four dentifrices, have on plaque and oral microbiome composition.

NCT ID: NCT06140771 Completed - Gingivitis Clinical Trials

A Clinical Study to Assess the Gingivitis Effects of Various Dentifrices

Start date: October 20, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The objective of this learning clinical study is to assess the gingivitis effects of four different dentifrices over a 3-month period.

Start date: November 1, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study will gather data from new and existing patients with patient medical records, and patient/family/caregiver reported information to establish a clear natural history of disease suitable to serve as an external, contemporary or historical control arm for future therapeutic development programs of drugs, devices, or biologic interventions in DMG or DIPG.
