This is an open-label Phase 2a clinical study designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of AVB-S6-500 in patients with IgA Nephropathy (IgAN). Approximately 24 patients will be enrolled. Several dose levels of AVB-S6-500 may be evaluated.
This trial will study SGN-CD228A to find out whether it is an effective treatment for different kinds of cancer. It will also look at what side effects (unwanted effects) may occur. The study will have two parts. Part 1 of the study will find out how much SGN-CD228A should be given for treatment and how often. Part 2 of the study will use the dose found in Part 1 and look at how safe and effective the treatment is.

This study will look at the health results of using the LEGION™ Primary Knee System over a period of ten (10) years. This type of surgery uses an artificial knee made of plastic and metal. This study will enter subjects who suffer from a variety of conditions that have caused at least one of their knees to become nonfunctional. You are being asked to participate in the study because you have significant problems with your knee(s) and your study surgeon has determined that your knee(s) must be surgically replaced to improve your condition.
