There are about 173942 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in United States. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This is a phase II trial to evaluate the tolerability, efficacy, and immune outcomes of AGEN1884 plus AGEN2034 concurrent with cisplatin and gemcitabine in the neoadjuvant treatment of muscle-invasive, non-metastatic bladder cancer prior to radical cystectomy.
Low dose ketamine is used for pain management and for the treatment of anxiety and depression. Prior studies on low dose ketamine have noted short-term (minutes to hours) increases or decreases in blood pressure. Blood pressure that is too high or too low can be problematic if untreated. It is unknown exactly how low dose ketamine affects blood pressure. In fact, no prior studies have measured sympathetic nervous system activity after low dose ketamine has been given to an adult. Because sympathetic nervous system activity has a large influence on blood pressure, we need to know how exactly low dose ketamine affects these body systems. Therefore, in this research we will study how low dose ketamine affects sympathetic nervous system activity and cardiovascular function. The results from this research will inform doctors about how low dose ketamine affects the sympathetic nervous system, heart, and blood vessels.
This single center phase 1 trial will study the combination of nivolumab+ipilimumab with embolization in participants with renal cell carcinoma. The study will evaluate the safety of embolotherapy in patients with metastatic RCC receiving nivolumab+ipilimumab. The hypothesis is that the number of serious adverse events will be no greater than the number of serious adverse events for both therapies combined.
This is a Phase IIa, randomized, open-label, multi-center, multi-dose study for subjects with mild to moderate ALS. The protocol is designed to determine whether ALZT-OP1a treatment will positively impact neuro-inflammatory biomarkers and slow down or arrest functional decline in subjects with mild to moderate ALS.
A pilot trial to determine the feasibility of treadmill training with dual training in patients with Fragile X-Associated Tremor/Ataxia Syndrome (FXTAS).
The purpose of this study is to evaluate if the addition of GSK3359609 to pembrolizumab in combination with 5FU-platinum based chemotherapy improves the efficacy of the pembrolizumab combination with 5FU-platinum based chemotherapy in participants with recurrent or metastatic (R/M) head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). This randomized, double-blinded, Phase II/III study will compare the combination of GSK3359609 with pembrolizumab and 5FU-platinum chemotherapy to placebo in combination with pembrolizumab and 5FU-platinum chemotherapy in participants with recurrent or metastatic HNSCC of the oral cavity, oropharynx, hypopharynx or larynx.
In this study, all subjects will be given an electric toothbrush. Half of the participants will be instructed on how to use the Sulcular Bristle Tip Technique (SBTT). The other half of participants will be asked to follow the brushing instructions in the user manual. The study's primary aim is to compare the use of the SBTT with an electric toothbrush in reducing bleeding on probing with the use of an electric toothbrush used without personal professional instruction.
Comparison of the effects of CYT107 vs Placebo administered IM at 10μg/kg twice a week for three weeks on immune reconstitution of lymphopenic COVID-19 patients
This phase 2 clinical trial will evaluate the effectiveness and safety of fludarabine in combination with CPX-351 in patients with untreated AML. Patients will receive fludarabine and CPX-351 during Induction 1 and 2 as well as 2 cycles of consolidation therapy.
Phase 1 - To evaluate the safety and tolerability of REGN10933+REGN10987 compared to placebo - To evaluate the virologic efficacy of REGN10933+REGN10987 compared to placebo in reducing viral load of SARS-CoV-2 Phase 2 • To evaluate the virologic efficacy of REGN10933+REGN10987 compared to placebo in reducing viral load of SARS-CoV-2 Phase 3 - Cohort 1 (≥18 Years Old, Not Pregnant at Randomization) • To evaluate the clinical efficacy of REGN10933+REGN10987 compared to placebo as measured by COVID-19-related hospitalizations or all-cause death - Cohort 2 (<18 Years Old, Not Pregnant at Randomization) - To evaluate the safety and tolerability of REGN10933+REGN10987 compared to placebo - To further characterize the concentrations of REGN10933 and REGN10987 in serum over time - Cohort 3 (Pregnant at Randomization) • To evaluate the safety and tolerability of REGN10933+REGN10987
