NCT ID: NCT04616547 Terminated - Clinical trials for Castration-Resistant Prostate Carcinoma

Treatment of Cancer-Related Bone Pain by Using Bone-Targeted Radiation-Based Therapy (Sn-117m-DTPA) in Patients With Prostate Cancer That Has Spread to Bones

Start date: December 18, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial studies the effect of Sn-117m-DTPA on bone pain in patients with prostate cancer that has spread to the bones. Sn-117m-DTPA is a radioactive therapeutic agent that localizes to bones when given to patients. Sn-117m-DTPA may help reduce bone pain in patients with prostate cancer that has spread to the bones.

NCT ID: NCT04616105 Terminated - Healthy Volunteer Clinical Trials

Study of the Safety, Tolerability, and Pharmacokinetics of REGN6490 in Healthy Japanese Adult Volunteers

Start date: November 18, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of 3 single ascending subcutaneous (SC) doses and 1 single intravenous (IV) dose of REGN6490 in healthy first-generation Japanese adult participants The secondary objectives of the study are: - To characterize the pharmacokinetic (PK) profile of single SC and IV doses of REGN6490 in healthy first-generation Japanese adult participants - Assess immunogenicity of REGN6490 in healthy first-generation Japanese adult participants dosed with a single IV or SC dose of REGN6490

NCT ID: NCT04615949 Terminated - COVID-19 Clinical Trials

Cannabidiol in Patients With COVID-19 and Cardiovascular Disease or Risk Factors

Start date: April 30, 2021
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Non-critical patients, hospitalized within the previous 24 hours who tested positive for COVID-19 and have a prior history of cardiovascular disease (CVD) and/or significant risk factors for CVD will be treated for 28 days.

NCT ID: NCT04614987 Terminated - Neurotoxicity Clinical Trials

Serum Neurofilament Light (NfL) as a Marker for Brain Injury in Individuals Undergoing Chimeric Antigen Receptor-modified T Therapy

Start date: February 25, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The investigators propose that immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS) is predicated upon the early loss of blood brain barrier (BBB) integrity with subsequent monocyte infiltration leading to cross-activation of native glial cells. Glial overstimulation leads to neuroinflammation, synaptic dysfunction, and ultimately neuronal injury.

NCT ID: NCT04614636 Terminated - Multiple Myeloma Clinical Trials

FT538 in Subjects With Advanced Hematologic Malignancies

Start date: October 17, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase I dose-finding study of FT538 as monotherapy in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and in combination with monoclonal antibodies in multiple myeloma (MM). The study will consist of a dose-escalation stage and an expansion stage where participants will be enrolled into indication-specific cohorts.

NCT ID: NCT04614467 Terminated - Clinical trials for Coronary Microvascular Dysfunction

A Placebo-Controlled Trial of CLBS16 in Subjects With Coronary Microvascular Dysfunction

FREEDOM
Start date: October 29, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This clinical trial will explore the efficacy and safety of GCSF-mobilized autologous CD34+ cells for the treatment of CMD in adults currently experiencing angina and with no obstructive coronary artery disease. Eligible subjects will receive a single administration of CLBS16 or placebo.

NCT ID: NCT04614389 Terminated - Thyroid Nodule Clinical Trials

Utility of Contrast-Enhanced Sonography and Shear Wave Elastography

Start date: September 4, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Our overall hypothesis is that Contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) and Shear Wave Elastography (SWE) will allow for high diagnostic accuracy of benign and malignant thyroid nodules, which will correlate with and complement the ACR TI-RADS classification system, allowing for more accurate diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.

NCT ID: NCT04614246 Terminated - Endometriosis Clinical Trials

Study to Gather Information How Well Three Different Doses of BAY1817080 Given Twice Daily Over 12 Weeks Work in Comparison to an Inactive Pill (Placebo) and Elagolix in Women Suffering From Pain Related to a Condition Where the Tissue That Usually Grows Inside the Womb Grows Outside of the Womb

SCHUMANN
Start date: January 29, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to assess safety and efficacy of BAY 1817080 compared to elagolix and placebo in women with symptomatic endometriosis.
