Study of the Effects of Cyclodynon on Reducing the Cumulative Risk of Breast Cancer Development in a Female Aged 40-52

Increased mammographic density of mammary gland tissues and hyperprolactinaemia are regarded as one of the risk factors for the development of breast cancer in women aged 40 to 52 years, which necessitates closer monitoring of the mammary gland and can be considered as modifiable. The herbal drug Cyclodynone® has a dopaminergic effect on the hypothalamus, which causes its inhibitory effect on the secretion of prolactin. At present, a significant positive clinical and scientific experience has been accumulated in the use of the Cyclodynone® for the treatment of benign breast dysplasias against a background of mild hyperprolactinaemia in women of reproductive age. Demonstration of the positive effect of this drug on the reduction of hyperprolactinemia, mammographic density of MF, evaluation on the scale BI-RADS would justify its application for the modification of this risk factor in women aged 40 to 52 years.

The aim of this study is to provide darolutamide treatment to patients who participated in a previous study with darolutamide supported by Bayer and the treating doctor considers that the continuation of the treatment with darolutamide to be beneficial. Patients will be carried over from the previous studies and continue in this study with darolutamide treatment on the same dosage. They will also return to the study centers for doctor's visits as often as they did in the previous study.

The aim of the research has become to create a sphincterotome and a method that takes into account the anatomical structure of the sph Oddi. The disadvantages of pull-type sphincterotome led to develop a new sphincterotome. The characteristic features of new antegrade sphincterotome are: it is inserted ready to use; the direction of cutting is strictly determined; fully controlled depth of the cut. Thanks to shaping as it hook the sphincterotome has been extracted cutting the circular layer only. The cutting wire is located between two teflon catheters preventing the longitudinal muscle layer from being damaged. The distance between the catheters determines the depth of the cut. Endoscopic transpapillary antegrade sphincterotomy developed by Dr. Dovbenko -(ASD) performance in such case allowed: to manage the papillary stenosis; to treat complicated form of gallstone disease; In research group this method allowed to avoid cholecystectomy in 71,2 % of cases
