A Study to Evaluate the Safety and Tolerability of Long-term Administration of Gantenerumab in Participants With Alzheimer's Disease (AD)

The main purpose of the study was to evaluate the safety and tolerability of long-term administration of gantenerumab in participants with AD. All participants who have completed the open-label extensions (OLEs) of studies WN25203 or WN28745 were enrolled in Part 1 of this study. Of these, participants who completed Week 104 visit in Part 1. Participants received open-label gantenerumab by subcutaneous (SC) injection every four weeks (Q4W) at the same dose as administered in the parent studies (part 1)/ Week 104 visit.

Dental Anxiety in Children and Salivary Cortisol Levels

Objective: This study aimed to assess whether pediatric dental anxiety is due to the day of dental appointment, to the dental chair, or to the dental treatment procedure during the course of the first dental treatment in children. Study Design: Salivary cortisol samples were taken on three sequential days (pre-treatment, treatment and post-treatment days) and during the beginning and at ~15th minute of treatment, and at 15th minute post-treatment in children. They received (n=135; 15/group) root-canal treatment, pulpotomy, two- and one-surface restoration with and without local anesthesia; fluoride (with arch tray or cotton roll) or fissure sealant applications. Heart rate and SpO2 (peripheral oxygen saturation ) were monitored and The Facial Image Scale (FIS) and Children's Fear Survey Schedule-Dental subscales (CFSS-DS) were filled.

The study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of evobrutinib administered orally twice daily versus Teriflunomide (Aubagio®), administered orally once daily in participants with Relapsing Multiple Sclerosis (RMS). Participants who complete the double-blind treatment period (DBTP) and double-blind extension period (DBEP) prior to approval of a separate long-term follow-up study in their country will get an option for evobrutinib treatment continuation through a 96-week open-label extension (OLE) period.

The Effects of Acupressure on Pain After Cesarean Section

Purpose: To examine the effect of Pericardium 6 and Large Intestine 4 acupressure on pain and analgesia consumption in women after cesarean section. Methods: This study was conducted in a randomized, single-blind, placebo and control group study design with 132 women, including acupressure (n=44), placebo (n=44), and control (n=44) groups. Acupressure was administered to the Pericardium 6 and Large Intestine 4 points in the second and fourth hours after cesarean section. Data were collected using the personal information form and Visual Analog Scale. This study was used the CONSORT scheme.
