Purpose:To observe the effects of music therapy on gross motor functions, pain and functional independence measurement in children with cerebral palsy(CP). Methods:Forty children with CP between 5-11years of age,were randomly divided into a music therapy(MT)+Neurodevelopmental techniques(NDT)group and only NDT group.Children listened to Classical music disc for 45 minutes.Children treated by NDT while listening to this music.Children were evaluated with Gross Motor Function Measurement(GMFM-88),WeeFIM for functional independence measurement,Wong-Baker faces pain rating scale (FACES) for pain intensity before,at the end of treatment and after 3 months of treatment.The treatments were given 3 times in every week,and totally 15 treatments were applied for 5 weeks.
The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of pembrolizumab (MK-3475) plus one of four platinum-based chemotherapy regimens compared to the efficacy and safety of placebo plus one of four platinum-based chemotherapy regimens in the treatment of adult women with persistent, recurrent, or metastatic cervical cancer. Possible chemotherapy regimens include: paclitaxel plus cisplatin with or without bevacizumab and paclitaxel plus carboplatin with or without bevacizumab. The primary study hypotheses are that the combination of pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy is superior to placebo plus chemotherapy with respect to: 1) Progression-free Survival (PFS) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST 1.1) as assessed by the Investigator, or, 2) Overall Survival (OS).
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of bintrafusp alfa (M7824) compared with pembrolizumab in participants with advanced NSCLC with high PD-L1-tumor expression, with no epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation or anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) translocation. The Phase III adaptive design allows for the option to recruit up to 584 patients based on pre-specified rules.
This is a phase III study of pembrolizumab plus platinum-based doublet chemotherapy with or without canakinumab in previously untreated locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous and squamous NSCLC subjects. The study will assess primarily the safety and tolerability (safety run-in part) of pembrolizumab plus platinum-based doublet chemotherapy with canakinumab and then the efficacy (double-blind, randomized, placebo controlled part) of pembrolizumab plus platinum-based doublet chemotherapy with or without canakinumab.
The study will compare the efficacy and safety of pembrolizumab plus trastuzumab in combination with standard of care (SOC) chemotherapy versus trastuzumab in combination with SOC chemotherapy in participants with HER2-positive gastric cancer. The parasympathetic tone reduction and sympathetic tone enhancement, which are components of the autonomic nervous system (ANS) activity, increase the likelihood of malignant arrhythmias leading to ventricular fibrillation. Malignant arrhythmias are associated with high mortality and morbidity after coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgeries. Heart rate variability (HRV) is a physiological indicator of the effects of ANS activity on heart rate and is associated with a prognostic value for cardiac mortality. Dexmedetomidine has been shown to improve myocardial perfusion, reduce arrhythmia incidence, reduce inflammatory response, and reduce mortality in patients with coronary artery disease. The aim of this study investigate the effects of dexmedetomidine electrophysiologically on cardiac autonomic system by using HRV analysis for the purpose of sedation in patients who were followed up in the intensive care unit after coronary artery bypass graft surgery
This extension study will evaluate the effectiveness and safety of ocrelizumab in multiple sclerosis (MS) participants who were previously enrolled in a F. Hoffmann-La Roche (Roche) sponsored ocrelizumab phase IIIb/IV trial (i.e. the Parent, P-trial).
This is a multicentre non-interventional study aimed at evaluating the real-world effectiveness and safety of ocrelizumab treatment in participants with relapsing multiple sclerosis (RMS) or primary progressive multiple sclerosis (PPMS), who have been prescribed ocrelizumab as per routine practice. This study will use a comprehensive combination of participant reported outcomes and conventional multiple sclerosis (MS) endpoints that measure clinical domains commonly affected by MS (e.g. fatigue, hand function, gait, cognition), and their impact on employment, activities of daily living, quality of life and healthcare resource utilization. The incidence, type, and pattern of serious adverse events (SAEs), and of adverse events (AEs) leading to treatment discontinuation will also be determined.

This study was planned to investigate the contribution of dual task interference on dexterity related ADL disability in patients with Parkinson's disease. We hypothesised that the dual task interference is an indicator of dexterity related ADL difficulties.
