The primary aim of this trial is to investigate the feasibility of an exercise program consisting of respiratory exercises, aerobic exercises and strengthening exercises in mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease. The trial also aims to investigate the effectiveness of the exercise program on respiratory symptoms, exercise capacity, cognition, physical performance, depression, sleepiness, activities of daily living and quality of life. Patients will be divided into exercise (intervention) and control group by randomization method. The study is planned to be performed with a total of 60 patients, 30 in each group. The patients in the exercise group will be given breathing exercises aerobic exercises and strengthening exercises for 2 days a week for 12 weeks, about 30-40 minutes while the patients in the control group will be provided with suggestions, home exercise program and daily life activities

This is a study of pembrolizumab plus gemcitabine/cisplatin versus placebo plus gemcitabine/cisplatin as first-line therapy in participants with advanced and/or unresectable biliary tract carcinoma. The primary hypothesis is pembrolizumab plus gemcitabine/cisplatin is superior to placebo plus gemcitabine/cisplatin with respect to overall survival (OS).
Phase III Study of Capivasertib + Paclitaxel versus Placebo + Paclitaxel as First line Treatment for Patients with Locally Advanced or Metastatic Triple-negative Breast Cancer (TNBC)
The aim of our study is to investigate the etiological distribution of ILD, epidemiological characteristics of ILD cases such as age, gender, geography, smoking, occupation, economic status, education, and comorbidities. Another aim is to make the cost calculation from the first to the diagnosis in the patients diagnosed. Obtaining the missing data related to the ILD of our country is one of our goals.
This study has a double-blind, Randomized Placebo-Controlled Period and an Open-Label Period. The primary objective of the Randomized Placebo-Controlled Period is to demonstrate the efficacy of mavorixafor in participants with WHIM syndrome as assessed by increasing levels of circulating neutrophils compared with placebo, and relative to a clinically meaningful threshold. The primary objective of the Open-Label Period is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of mavorixafor in participants with WHIM syndrome. Participants are allowed to continue treatment in the Open-Label Period, if regionally applicable, until mavorixafor becomes commercially available, or until the study is terminated by the Sponsor.
This study will be comprised of 2 parts: Part 1 (dose escalation) will be conducted to evaluate the safety and tolerability of 2 doses (100 milligrams/kilogram [mg/kg] and 200 mg/kg) of eteplirsen in approximately 10 participants with DMD; Part 2 (dose finding and dose comparison) will be conducted for the selection of a high dose (100 mg/kg versus 200 mg/kg) and its comparison with the 30 mg/kg dose of eteplirsen, in approximately 144 participants with genetically confirmed deletion mutations amenable to treatment by skipping exon 51.
