There are about 15072 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Turkey. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This is a 2 part study. Part 1 is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of dostarlimab plus carboplatin-paclitaxel followed by dostarlimab versus placebo plus carboplatin-paclitaxel followed by placebo; and Part 2 is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of dostarlimab plus carboplatin-paclitaxel followed by dostarlimab plus niraparib versus placebo plus carboplatin-paclitaxel followed by placebo in participants with recurrent or primary advanced (Stage III or IV) endometrial cancer.
The current study will compare pembrolizumab (MK-3475) plus maintenance olaparib, vs. pembrolizumab plus maintenance olaparib placebo for the treatment of squamous NSCLC. The study's 2 primary hypotheses are: 1. Pembrolizumab plus maintenance olaparib is superior to pembrolizumab plus maintenance olaparib placebo with respect to progression-free survival (PFS) per RECIST 1.1 by blinded independent clinical review (BICR). 2. Pembrolizumab plus maintenance olaparib is superior to pembrolizumab plus maintenance olaparib placebo with respect to overall survival (OS). As of Amendment 07, there will be no further analyses for OS and patient-reported outcome assessments.
The current study will compare pembrolizumab (MK-3475) plus maintenance olaparib, vs pembrolizumab plus maintenance pemetrexed for the treatment of nonsquamous NSCLC. The study's 2 primary hypotheses are: 1. Pembrolizumab plus maintenance olaparib is superior to pembrolizumab plus maintenance pemetrexed with respect to progression-free survival (PFS) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST 1.1) by blinded independent clinical review (BICR) and 2. Pembrolizumab plus maintenance olaparib is superior to pembrolizumab plus maintenance pemetrexed with respect to overall survival (OS).
Primary Objective: - To confirm appropriate dose levels of fitusiran when administered to male pediatric participants (ages 1 to <12 years of age) with severe hemophilia A or B Secondary Objectives: - To characterize the safety and tolerability - To determine fitusiran plasma concentrations at selected time points
This study will be performed with 25 patients who applied to Erciyes University Faculty of Dentistry for treatment and who need 2 first premolar extraction and maximum anchorage for treatment. In order to increase anchorage in the patient who will start the distalization of canine, mini screw (1.5 mm diameter, 7 mm length) will be applied to the right and left maxillary dentition of the patient under local anesthesia. The hycon device, which has a screw-shaped design for the application of force to both the right and left sides of the maxillary dentition of the patients, will be adapted to the bands in the 1st molar teeth. Patients will be randomly divided into 4 groups. Vibration will be applied to the two groups with the Acceledent device. Group 1 = The hycon device in this group will be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Group 2 = The activation period of the hycon device in this group will be modified. Group 3 = The hycon device in this group will be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. In addition, patients in this group twice a day for 10 minutes with acceledent device vibration will be applied. Group 4 = The activation period of the hycon device in this group will be modified. In addition, patients in this group twice a day for 10 minutes with acceledent device vibration will be applied. The period of canine distalization of orthodontic treatment is one of the important stages affecting the duration of treatment. Shortening this time in the clinic will shorten the duration of treatment. If this application changes the tooth movement speed in any direction, it will support the new research.
The aim of this study is to compare the effects of different physiotherapy and rehabilitation methods in hospitalization after Open Heart Surgery (OHS). In this context, it is planned that patients undergoing OHS surgery will be randomly divided into 3 groups. 1. Group routine cardiac rehabilitation program (RCRP) 2. Group RCRP and inspiratory muscle training 3. Group RCRP and virtual reality application Treatment of patients will be administered twice daily during their stay in the hospital. The patients will be evaluated by clinical measurements and scales based on patient notification and before and after the treatment and their effectiveness and superiority over each other will be determined.
In this prospective study, entitled "The Long-Term Efficacy of Overminus Lens Therapy in Intermittent Exotropia",the investigators examined the long-term impact of overminus lenses on the management of intermittent exotropia (IXT), treatment effect after overminus treatment has been discontinued and also investigated if overminus lenses cause myopia in long-term.
This Phase II is a multicenter, randomized, two-arm parallel-group, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of MBG453 or placebo added to hypomethylating agents (azacitidine or decitabine) in adult subjects with IPSS-R intermediate, high or very high risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) not eligible for Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant (HSCT) or intensive chemotherapy.
Treatment with PF-06741086 is anticipated to demonstrate a clinically relevant advantage and/or a major contribution to patient care in comparison to current methods of treatment for hemophilia A or B because it works differently than factor replacement products and will work in the presence of inhibitors. The potential for once weekly (QW) subcutaneous (SC) administration provides for treatment options in the absence of reliable vascular access, increased convenience and may enable better compliance. Combined, these qualities should result in a reduction of bleeding episodes.
Introduction-Objective: Balance evaluation is one of the most important components of physical examination. Studies on equilibrium assessment in different research groups; It includes measurements that assess the seating balance, which does not require complex measurements or ambulation. In the literature, there is no clear information about balance effect in intensive care patients who can not be ambulated due to loss of advanced muscle strength, especially in the early period. Ottowa Sitting Scale is a scale in which the balance is evaluated in the sitting position and it has no validity and reliability in Turkish. Therefore, the aim of this study is to examine the reliability and validity of the Ottowa Sitting Scale Turkish version between measurements and measurements.
