Common extensor tendon (CET) tears that can be detected with ultrasonography (US) may be associated with worsening clinical and other ultrasonographic parameters in patients with LE. In this retrospective evaluation of patients with lateral epicondylitis (LE), the effect of common extensor tendon (CET) tears revealed by ultrasonography (US) with demographic, clinical, and other US findings was investigated.

Three hundreds patients aged 60 years and older applicant for any reasons between January 3, 2019 and May 30, 2019, in Health Sciences University Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital Family Medicine Polyclinics. A 21-item questionnaire including demographic information was asked to the individuals who gave consent to participate in the study, voluntarily, and who met the participation criteria and the Successful Aging Scale was administered face-to-face with the questionnaire method. Participants were evaluated under two subheadings according to the Successful Aging Scale and the results were compared with their demographic characteristics.
The aim of this thesis is to exprementally investigate the effect of massage applied to preterm infants on growth and stress. While the population of the research is preterm infants at the neonatal intensive care unit of a Medicalpark Batman Hospital between January 2018 and February 2019, the sample is 60 preterm infants suitable for inclusion criteria. Research data was collected using Preterm Infant Information Form, Preterm Follow-up Form and Newborn Stress Scale. While massage was applied to the infants in the experimental group three times daily for 10 days, the control group received the usual care. Weight, length and head circumference of infants in both experimental and control group were measured by the researcher on 1., 5. and 10. days. In order to evaluate stess level of the massage applied infants, camera records of the infants were taken 15 minutes before and after the massage on 1., 5. and 10. days. Camera records of the infants in the control group were also taken at the same time with those in the experimental group. Camera records were watched and stress level of the infants were evaluated by two observers blind to the research. The data analyses were carried out using In-class Correlation, Frequency, Levene, Two-Way ANOVA for Mixed Measured, Repeated ANOVA tests
Failure to properly manage the perioperative period of patients is associated with increased morbidity and mortality. Preoperative evaluation in patients planned for surgery contributes to reviewing possible perioperative risks, optimizing the patient's functional and physiological status, and reducing the possibility of perioperative complications. Assessments made during the preoperative evaluation process can be used to educate the patient, organize resources for perioperative care, and formulate plans for intraoperative care, postoperative recovery, and perioperative pain management. However, the effect of preoperative evaluation on patient outcomes has not been clearly demonstrated. In this study, the effect of preoperative anesthesia evaluation on perioperative complications was investigated.
The study will be conducted with the randomized controlled experimental method. The purpose of this research is to determine the cyberbullying awareness training given to 7th-grade secondary school students' awareness levels of cyberbullying. Students will be randomly assigned to groups by lottery method. After the randomization students in the intervention group will be given 'Cyberbullying Awareness Training'. The cyberbullying awareness level of all students will be determined with the 'Cyberbullying Awareness Scale' before and 3 months after the training. Students in the control group will not be educated. The cyberbullying awareness level of the students in the control group will be determined with the 'Cyberbullying Awareness Scale' when they are included in the research and 3 months later.

Joint hypermobility is a clinical condition characterized by joints having a range of motion beyond their normal limits. Joint hypermobility (JH) makes the joints more vulnerable to trauma in individuals with increased joint range of motion, changes in neuromuscular reflexes and decreased joint position sense. Individuals with JH have difficulty in stabilization and end of extension range of motion compared to healthy individuals. Accordingly, findings such as balance problems and an increased risk of falling occur in these patients. Recent evidence suggests that children and adults with JH may be identified with seemingly unrelated, common clinical problems such as chronic fatigue, anxiety, and a range of gastrointestinal functional disorders. The use of internal and external focus in learning motor skills is important in terms of performance and activity. In the external focus of attention (EF), attention is directed to movement and an environmental stimulus. In the internal focus (IF), attention is directed directly to body movements. In revealing positive effects in external focus; Methods such as metaphor, analogy, imaginary objects, mental analogies can be used. Adopting an external focus of attention (focusing on the effects of movements on the object or environment), as opposed to an internal focus of attention (focusing on body movements), has been found to significantly improve performance on a variety of tasks. For example, to improve balance performance, while a patient performs a single-leg balance task on a Bosu ball, the therapist may instruct the patient using an internal focus of attention such as "minimize movement of the feet." However, instructions can also be given externally by changing just one word, such as "minimize Bosu's movement." Additionally, a metaphor (e.g., "stand still as if stuck to Velcro"), analogy ("imagine being on top of a mountain, stay on the mountain!"), an object attached to the body ("keep the tape stuck to the chest still"), or the target of the movement An imaginary object (e.g., straight line) of which a mental image is obtained has been used within external focus instructions.
Walking speed after total knee arthroplasty (TKA) can be used as a simple tool to monitor postoperative recovery. There are different protocols for gait assessment in patients with TKA. The 30 Second Fast Walk Test (30SFW) is a simple, low-cost and easy-to-apply assessment method that requires very little equipment in clinical settings. 30SFW is a reliable, valid test of walking ability in patients with knee osteoarthritis (OA). Objective: To investigate the reliability and validity of the 30SFW test in the evaluation of gait in patients with TKA.
