There are about 15072 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Turkey. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The aim of our study is to investigate the Turkish validity and reliability of The Henry Ford Hospital Headache Disability Questionnaire (HDI), which has not been previously studied in a Turkish version for any headache type in patients with cervicogenic headache.

Fertility management refers to the entirety of practices that allow families to have as many children as they want and when they want, prevent unwanted pregnancies, regulate the time between two births and receive help in having children in the case of infertility. According to the Turkey Demographic and Health Survey 2018 data, 70% of women in Turkey who are currently married do not use any contraceptive method. Based on the same data, the rate of the unmet need for fertility management is 12% nationwide, 14% in eastern provinces, and 17% in women at the ages of 20-24. These rates show that the rates of unmet fertility management needs in Turkey are still not on the desired level. The fact that eastern provinces of Turkey have the lowest rate of modern contraceptive method use as 43% and a high rate of unmet fertility management needs as 14% suggests that it is needed to increase the effectiveness of fertility management counseling and reach more women. In these eastern provinces, especially women living in rural areas do not have easy access to these services due to the high prevalence of adolescent marriages, lack of transportation opportunities, healthcare personnel and healthcare services, and unpredictable weather conditions.
Postoperative complications should be reported systematically, objectively and reproducibly. The Clavien-Dindo Classification (CDC), first described in 2004, is the most popular classification system still in use today for assessing perioperative morbidity and mortality. In 2018, the European Association of Urology (EAU) validated this classification, which was originally defined for general surgery operations, for urological operations as well. There are aspects of the CDC that can be critical and weak. The CDC's main weakness is that in the vast majority of studies it only considers the most serious complications. Minor complications are often overlooked and the overall complication burden is therefore underestimated. Because of this vulnerability, it is difficult to compare complications from different patients. For example, it cannot be determined whether a patient with two Grade I complications has higher postoperative morbidity than a patient with one Grade II complication. To address these limitations, the Comprehensive Complications Index (CCI) was defined in 2013 as a new and more comprehensive scoring system for surgical complications. The CCI is essentially an index based on the CDC, but sums all postoperative complications by severity and scores them on an interval scale. It is scored from 0 (no complications) to 100 (patient's death) for each patient. CCI in Urology Practice; Validated for Radical Cystectomy, Radical Prostatectomy, Radical Nephroureterectomy, Partial Nephrectomy. In recent years, validation studies of this index have been carried out in endourological surgeries.
The aim of the study is to investigate the acute effects of trampoline exercises on balance, proprioception, vertical jump and cognitive functions. As a result of the study, it is thought that trampoline exercises will affect balance, proprioception, vertical jump, cognitive functions and myotonometric properties of the muscle more positively than walking.
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is of great importance for nurses who frequently encounter cardiopulmonary arrest in health care institutions and who are within their duties, authorities and responsibilities. Therefore, nurses should have sufficient, up-to-date knowledge and skills about cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Nursing educators should try different training methods on CPR education and ensure that the student has sufficient knowledge and skills before graduation. This study, In order to examine the effects of haptic and highly fidelity simulator use in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation training in nursing students on their knowledge, skills, satisfaction and self-confidence levels, it was planned to be performed in a randomized controlled type.
In this study, it was aimed to evaluate the effect of progressive muscle relaxation exercise on dysmenorrhea, menstrual symptoms and quality of life in university students with common primary dysmenorrhea. The research is a single center, parallel group block randomized controlled experimental study. This study will be conducted in the Department of Nursing, Faculty of Health Sciences, of a state university in Turkey. The universe of the research will be Gazi University Faculty of Health Sciences, third year and last year nursing students (N: 451). In order to determine the sample size in the research, power analysis was performed using the G Power 3.1.0 program. For this purpose, the study results of Sis Çelik and Ejder Apay (2021), which were similar to our study, were taken as reference. According to the power analysis made by calculating the effect size; It was determined that the sample of the study should consist of a total of 42 people, 21 in each group, will be randomized. The data of the research; Personal information form will be collected using Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), SF-12 Quality of Life Scale Short Form, Menstrual Symptom Scale, Dysmenorrhea Monitoring Form. The implementation of the research is planned between April 15, 2022 and August 15, 2022. Third and fourth year nursing students will be included in the study. First of all, it will be evaluated according to the sampling inclusion criteria using the pre-evaluation form. Women who meet the inclusion criteria will be informed about the purpose and importance of the research, and women who agree to participate in the study will be determined. Informed consent form will be signed by the women who accepted to participate in the study, Visual Analogue Scale, Menstrual Symptom Scale and SF 12 Short Form will be applied. Randomization will be done after obtaining consent and filling out the forms.
The research will be carried out on students studying at public secondary schools in the city center of Amasya. First of all, the digital game addiction levels of secondary school students who are randomly divided into experimental and control groups will be determined, and then students with digital game addiction will be included in the individual motivational interview program, which will last 6 sessions. In the last stage of the research, hippotherapy will be applied to the students 1 day a week for 8 weeks. The effect of motivational interviewing and hippoterain on digital game addiction will be investigated by pre-testing at the beginning of the research and post-testing at the end.
Breastfeeding is the gold standard for feeding newborns and infants. Tandem breastfeeding is defined as breastfeeding during pregnancy or simultaneous breastfeeding of two non-twins. The aim of this study; The aim of this study is to compare breast milk contents of mothers who breastfeed in tandem and mothers who do not breastfeed in tandem. The study was planned as an experimental study with a single center control group. The place where the research will be conducted is the Lactation/Relactation outpatient clinic and gynecology and obstetrics polyclinic of Çamlıca Medipol University Hospital and Halil Şıvgın Çubuk State Hospital. and tandem non-breastfeeding mothers. Power analysis was performed to determine the number of samples. For this purpose, the study results of Rosenberg et al. (2021) (Experiment: 8.1±0.2 Control:6.2±1.5) were used as reference. According to the power analysis made by calculating the effect size, the sample size calculated with α= 0.01 error level and 99% power; 18 women in the experimental group and 18 women in the control group, a total of at least 36 women. The analysis was made in G*Power version 3.1.9.4. All mothers will be informed about the study, and mothers who accept the study will have to fill out the "Conformity to Criteria Form" created by the researchers. Written informed consent will be obtained from mothers who meet the research criteria. After completing the introductory information form, milk will be collected from all mothers. Milk collection will be done by one of the researchers. Milking will always be collected from all mothers between 08:00 and 16:00, provided that at least 40 minutes have passed after the last milking. Manual milking will be done for 10 minutes.
