There are about 6461 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Russian Federation. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The purpose of this randomized, two-arm and open label study is to demonstrate that the treatment of a daily dose of 3x10mg dydrogesterone orally is as effective and safe as the daily dose Crinone 8% intravaginal progesterone gel 90 mg for the luteal support in women who are unable to conceive a child and are undergoing IVF. The treatment will start on the day of oocyte retrieval and continue until pregnancy is negative or until week 12 gestation. Patients will be followed during treatment until 30 days after delivery to record any safety and tolerability data of the patient and their newborn (s).
The objective is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of masitinib in combination with gemcitabine in refractory ovarian cancer patients.
The study is conducted in two stages and open-label stage of the study. At the first stage of the study, the main purpose was to choose the optimal dose of VM-1500 (20 mg or 40 mg per day) in addition to standard-of-care basic antiretroviral therapy consisting of two NRTIs, in terms of reduction of viral load at Week 12 (<400 copies/ml) in treatment-naïve HIV-1-infected patients. At the second stage of the study, the main purpose was to evaluate efficacy of VM- 1500 (in the optimal dose selected at the first stage of the study) in comparison to Efavirenz added to standard-of-care antiretroviral therapy of two NRTIs, in terms of reduction of viral load at Week 24 to the undetectable level (<50 copies/ml) in treatment-naïve HIV-1 infected patients. Open-label stage of the study continued evaluation of viral load and immunological and safety parameters in HIV-1 patients receiving VM-1500 up to Week 96 and additional PK up to Week 100.
The purpose of the study to assess safety and tolerability of VM-1500 and to determine main pharmacokinetic parameters of VM-1500 after multiple oral administration in adult healthy subjects.
Primary Objective: To assess the long-term safety of GZ/SAR402671 in adult male participants with Fabry disease who previously completed study ACT13739 (NCT02489344). Secondary Objective: To assess the long-term effect of GZ/SAR402671 on pharmacodynamic and exploratory efficacy endpoints in adult male participants with Fabry disease who previously completed study ACT13739.
This is a 3-period study comparing CHS-1420 to Humira in patients with chronic plaque psoriasis.
This extension study will provide continued onartuzumab and/or parent trial (P-trial) designated control treatments to participants with cancer who were previously enrolled in a company-sponsored onartuzumab P-trial and who derived benefit, as assessed by the responsible investigator, from the therapy administered in the P-trial. The study will also collect safety data with regard to administration of continued onartuzumab therapy.
To evaluate the effect of erenumab compared to placebo on the change from baseline in monthly migraine days, in adults with episodic migraine.
The purpose of this study is to compare the overall survival of nivolumab versus chemotherapy in subjects with relapsed SCLC.
The study will assess the efficacy, safety, and immunogenicity of PF-06410293 and adalimumab in combination with methotrexate in subjects with moderately to severly active rheumatoid arthritis who have had an inadequate response to methotrexate. In an additional optional portion of the study, during open label Treatment Period 3 (TP3), a subset of subjects used a Prefilled Pen (PFP) to administer up to 3 injections of their study treatment (PF-06410293) at home.
