NCT ID: NCT02273856 Terminated - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia (CLL)

Multicentre Registry of Treatments and Outcomes in Patients With Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia (CLL) Or Indolent Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma (iNHL)

NADIR
Start date: January 2015
Phase: N/A
Study type: Observational

The purpose of this study is to document the pharmacological treatment strategies used in treatment naïve and previously treated relapsed/refractory iNHL/CLL patients in the Middle East and North African (MENA) region. This study will also record encountered tumor subtype and stage and the instituted pharmacological treatments, as well as assess the clinical outcomes of treatments.

NCT ID: NCT02021721 Terminated - Infertility Clinical Trials

Next Generation DNA Sequencing in Patients With Idiopathic Male Infertility

Start date: November 2012
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Hypothesis: To identify new gene mutations that can be related to patients with idiopathic male factor infertility. Primary Objective: To detect possible genetic abnormalities in families with more than one sibling with male infertility. Secondary Objective: To evaluate using next generation DNA sequencing in cases of infertility

NCT ID: NCT01172743 Terminated - Diabetes Mellitus Clinical Trials

Collection of Blood for Gene Expression/Genomic Studies in Individuals With Diabetes (Qatar)

Start date: June 2009
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This protocol is designed to gather a small amount of blood for extraction of DNA for the study of the genetic basis of diabetes. The study population will include individuals with known diabetes, and controls without diabetes. Investigators aim to understand the genetics of diabetes, and will use the cells and serum from this blood to perform genotyping and gene expression studies of individuals with diabetes and relevant controls.

NCT ID: NCT00422669 Terminated - Clinical trials for Cardiac Pacing, Artificial

Optimize RV Selective Site Pacing Clinical Trial

Start date: January 2007
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of the Optimize RV study is to determine the long-term effect of selective site pacing. Selective site pacing refers to which area of the right ventricle the lead is placed. The goal of select site pacing is to improve how the heart contracts when paced in the ventricle. By pacing in select sites, it is possible to better copy the natural pattern of contraction of the heart.
