Safety and Immunogenicity of BNT162b2 Coadministered With SIIV in Adults 18 Through 64 Years of Age

This study will assess the safety and immunogenicity of a fourth dose (booster) of BNT162b2 when coadministered with SIIV compared to separate administration of the vaccines when given 1 month apart (SIIV followed by BNT162b2), in participants who have received 3 prior doses of 30 µg BNT162b2, with the third dose being at least 90 days before Visit 1 (Day 1). - Healthy adults 18 through 64 years of age will be randomized 1:1 to either the co-administration group, or the separate administration group - The duration of the study for each participant will be approximately 2 months - There are 3 scheduled study visits each about 1 month apart - The study will be conducted in New Zealand and Australia.

The Disrupt PAD III study was designed as a randomized controlled trial (RCT) with an additional observational registry component. The registry, referred to as the Disrupt PAD III Observational Study (PAD III OS), was a global, prospective, multi-center, single-arm registry of the Shockwave Peripheral Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) System. The objective of this study was to assess the real-world acute performance of IVL in the treatment of calcified, stenotic, peripheral arteries that may not qualify for inclusion in the RCT. The study was designed to enroll a maximum of 1500 subjects from up to 60 global sites with a minimum of 200 subjects treated with the S4 IVL catheter, a line extension designed to treat smaller diameter peripheral vessels, including calcified below-the-knee (BTK) lesions. Subjects were required to have target lesions in the iliac, femoral, ilio-femoral, popliteal, or infra-popliteal arteries with at least moderate calcification as determined by the investigator, defined as calcification within the lesion on both sides of the vessel assessed by angiography. Adjunctive therapies such as atherectomy, specialty balloons, and stents were allowed. Subjects were followed through discharge.

oVRcome - Self Guided Virtual Reality for Social Anxiety Disorder

Social anxiety is characterised by excessive fear of being negatively judged, embarrassed or humiliated during social interactions and is common with a lifetime prevalence of 12.1%. Cognitive behavioural therapy is the first line of treatment, but people may not seek treatment due to a number of factors including the discomfort experienced in seeking help, inconvenience, and the experience of psychotherapy itself. With Virtual Reality (VR), users can have increased control in how gradually they expose themselves to social situations. In studies of VR in people with specific phobias, 76% of people prefer VR exposure to in vivo exposure. There is emerging evidence for the use of VR in social phobia. oVRcome, is a self-help VRET for social anxiety symptoms and specific phobias, that is delivered through a smartphone application (app) in combination with a low cost headset that holds the smartphone and uses 360º video. This study will evaluate the effectiveness of the oVRcome social anxiety program for social anxiety symptoms. We hypothesize that oVRcome will reduce social anxiety symptom severity over a 6-week treatment period compared to waiting-list control
