This is a phase 1, single-center, placeb-controlled, double-blind study. The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and immunogenicity of an oral vaccine tablet to prevent seasonal influenza B tested at two dose levels (low and high dose). The study will enroll 27 subjects in the low dose cohorts (3 sentinel open label subjects followed by 24 subjects (randomized 2:1 to vaccine vs placebo, respectively). Subsequently, 27 subjects will be enrolled in the high dose cohort in a similar manner as to the low dose cohort. Safety and immunogenicity will be evaluated at Day 28. Long term safety follow-up will be evaluated through 1 year post vaccination.

Currently, Fisher and Paykel Healthcare (FPH) is developing a new nasal mask. This investigation is designed to evaluate the performance of the trial nasal mask, focused specifically on how the different seal sizes will perform on Obstructive Sleep Apnea participants who are currently on Positive Airway Pressure therapy. Participant's prescribed treatment pressure with their usual mask will be collected for 7 days ± 3 days prior to mask fitting with the trial nasal mask. They will then be issued with the trial nasal mask to use in-home for 14 days ± 4 days.

Due to different study designs, the sponsor separated Part C into a separate registration (NCT04958642), leaving Parts A/B here in NCT02534844. This study is to find out how safe and effective VTS-270 is for patients with Niemann-Pick Type C1 (NPC1) disease who have neurologic symptoms (listed under Keywords). In Parts A/B, two out of every three patients will receive the study drug. The third patient will receive 1 to 2 small needle pricks at the location where the LP and IT injection is normally made (sham control). In Part C, all participants will receive study drug, as described in the Part C registration record. Start date for this record is the first day a participant was enrolled in Parts A/B. The trial is actually continuing until the last primary outcome measure of safety data are collected from Part C participants. The last primary outcome measure of safety, along with final adverse events results will be posted in the separate Part C registration record.
