Start date: February 12, 2018
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This investigation is a prospective, non randomized, non blinded study. This investigation is designed to evaluate the performance, comfort and ease of use with the F&P trial nasal mask amongst Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) patients.

NCT ID: NCT03398148 Completed - Clinical trials for Ulcerative Colitis (UC)

A Multicenter, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo Controlled Induction Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Risankizumab in Participants With Moderately to Severely Active Ulcerative Colitis

Start date: March 7, 2018
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The objectives of Sub-Study 1 are to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of risankizumab as induction treatment in subjects with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (UC), and to identify the appropriate induction dose of risankizumab for further evaluation in Sub-Study 2. The objective of Sub-Study 2 is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of risankizumab compared to placebo in inducing clinical remission in subjects with moderately to severely active UC.

NCT ID: NCT03390673 Completed - Healthy Volunteers Clinical Trials

To Demonstrate Equivalent Pharmacokinetic Properties of HD204 and Bevacizumab (Avastin®) in Healthy Male Subjects

Start date: September 19, 2018
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to compare the pharmacokinetics, as well as to evaluate the safety, tolerability and immunogenicity of HD204, US-Avastin and EU-Avastin in healthy male subjects after intravenous administration of a single dose..

NCT ID: NCT03385928 Completed - Clinical trials for Intracerebral Haemorrhage

STOP-MSU: Stopping Haemorrhage With Tranexamic Acid for Hyperacute Onset Presentation Including Mobile Stroke Units

Start date: March 19, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The study is a prospective phase II randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled investigator-driven trial in acute intracerebral haemorrhage patients. The study has 2 arms with 1:1 randomisation to either intravenous tranexamic acid or placebo and will test the hypothesis that in patients with spontaneous ICH, treatment with tranexamic acid within 2 hours of onset will reduce haematoma expansion compared to placebo.

NCT ID: NCT03365947 Completed - Hepatitis B Clinical Trials

Study of ARO-HBV in Normal Adult Volunteers and Patients With Hepatitis B Virus (HBV)

Start date: March 27, 2018
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of single- and multiple-ascending doses of ARO-HBV in healthy adult volunteers and participants with hepatitis B virus (HBV).

NCT ID: NCT03362242 Completed - Clinical trials for Alpha 1-Antitrypsin Deficiency

Study of ARO-AAT in Normal Adult Volunteers

Start date: March 12, 2018
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of single- and multiple-ascending doses of ARO-AAT in healthy adult volunteers.

NCT ID: NCT03358875 Completed - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Comparison of Efficacy and Safety of Anti-PD-1 Antibody BGB-A317 Versus Docetaxel as Treatment in the Second- or Third-line Setting in Participants With NSCLC

Start date: November 30, 2017
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to show that BGB-A317 will improve overall survival in participants with Stage IIIB or IV non-small cell lung cancer when compared to docetaxel in second or third-line treatment setting.
