Primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) is a rare subtype of extranodal non-Hodgkins Lymphoma (NHL) with rising incidence and variable response to treatment. MRI is considered the most useful imaging modality of PCNSL, but conventional MRI has its limitations, and contrast-enhanced MRI sometimes does not clearly differentiate PCNSL from other neoplasm or non-neoplastic diseases. Positron emission tomography (PET) could have a number of potential advantages in refining and improving the management of patients with PCNSL. Because of the rare incidence of PCNSL, the value of PET has however not been well defined in this subtype of lymphomas. There are a few studies that have investigated the role for FDG-PET and amino acid PET in the primary staging/diagnosis and response assessment in PCNSL patients, but the results are inconclusive. Further studies are therefore needed. Previous studies support an integration of both MRI and PET for the routine diagnostic workup and response assessment for PCNSL, and the newly available simultaneous PET/MRI scanners may have the potential to improve imaging baseline accuracy, response assessment and add prognostic value in PCNSL. The main aim of the study is to compare the sensitivity and specificity of a combined PET/MRI examination with the clinical routine MRI examination given to these patients today. It will be investigated whether PET (18F-FDG and 18F-fluciclovine) can provide additional prognostic value at baseline and in response assessment compared to MRI and established pre-treatment prognostic scores in PCNSL, and evaluate which PET/MRI parameters that are best suited as an imaging biomarker for progression-free survival.
Individuals operated for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment will be prospectively evaluated for postoperative retinal shift. Fundus autofluorescence will be used to evaluate retinal shift that will be correlated to visual acuity, metamorphopsia, aniseikonia, and stereopsis.

This is an open-label, multi-center, single arm, phase II study to assess the anti-tumor activity and safety of bemcentinib when given in combination with pembrolizumab in up to 106 participants with previously treated, advanced adenocarcinoma of the lung. The study will enroll three cohorts of participants with previously treated, advanced adenocarcinoma of the lung: Cohort A will consist of participants who received a maximum of 1 prior line of platinum-containing chemotherapy and no prior immunotherapy of any kind. Cohort B will consist of participants who received a maximum of one prior line of an anti-programmed death receptor (PD)-(L)1 therapy (monotherapy). Cohort C will consist of participants who received a maximum of one prior line of therapy with an anti-PD-(L)1 therapy in combination with a platinum-containing chemotherapy.The primary objective is to assess the anti-tumor activity of bemcentinib and pembrolizumab when given in combination.
This is an open label, single arm, multi-centre phase II study to assess the anti-tumour activity and safety of bemcentinib (BGB324) in combination with pembrolizumab in participants with previously treated, locally advanced and unresectable, or metastatic TNBC or TN-IBC. The primary objective is objective response rate.
ITISHOPE4HF is a randomized controlled trial of telerehabilitation in a heart failure population. The goal is to evaluate if a home-based telerehabilitation project can increase physical activity in heart failure patients. Patients will be provided telerehabilitation or advice on physical activity (standard care).
The primary objectives of this study are to evaluate the pharmacokinetics (PK), safety, and tolerability of bezlotoxumab (MK-6072) in children aged 1 to <18 years of age with a confirmed diagnosis of Clostridium difficile infection (CDI) who are receiving antibacterial drug treatment. The primary hypothesis is that the area under the concentration-time curve from 0 to infinity (AUC0-inf) of bezlotoxumab after treatment of pediatric participants with bezlotoxumab is similar when compared to the AUC0-inf of bezlotoxumab after treatment of adults with bezlotoxumab.
The purpose of this study is to explore different mechanisms for anaphylaxis and find novel biomarkers for this hypersensitivity syndrome. The study participants are patients with anaphylaxis, patients with mild allergic reactions, and patients with febrile transfusion reactions. The investigators will also include a group of healthy controls.
