The study was performed to assess the efficacy and safety of Vilaprisan in subjects with uterine fibroids compared to standard of care

NCT ID: NCT03193515 Active, not recruiting - Bladder Cancer Clinical Trials

A Novel Multiplex ELISA Assay for Surveilling Patients With History of Bladder Cancer

Start date: December 30, 2016
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Voided urinary cytology (VUC) is the most widely used urine-based assay for detecting bladder cancer (BCa); however, it fails to detect approximately 50% of low-grade or early stage BCa when it is most curable. Furthermore, the detection rate of VUC for recurrent BCa is not much better. Because of this severe limitation, all patients who are under surveillance to monitor for recurrent BCa must undergo an invasive examination of the urinary bladder, where a miniature camera is inserted into the bladder and the bladder inspected (cystoscopy). We propose to improve the non-invasive detection of recurrent BCa by further validating a multiplex ELISA assay directed at a BCa-associated diagnostic signature in voided urine samples.

NCT ID: NCT03193190 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma

A Study of Multiple Immunotherapy-Based Treatment Combinations in Participants With Metastatic Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (Morpheus-Pancreatic Cancer)

Start date: July 5, 2017
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

A Phase Ib/II, open-label, multicenter, randomized study designed to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and preliminary anti-tumor activity of immunotherapy-based treatment combinations in participants with metastatic Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC). Two cohorts will be enrolled in parallel in this study: Cohort 1 will consist of patients who have received no prior systemic therapy for metastatic PDAC, and Cohort 2 will consist of patients who have received one line of prior systemic therapy for PDAC. In each cohort, eligible patients will be assigned to one of several treatment arms.

NCT ID: NCT03189641 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Coronary Artery Disease

Clinical Trial of Cilostazol Eluting Stent System (CES-1) in De Novo Coronary Artery Lesions

Start date: May 31, 2017
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of the this trial is to evaluate the clinical safety and efficacy of Cilostazol eluting stent system (CES-1) for the treatment of single de novo lesions in native coronary arteries.

NCT ID: NCT03176810 Active, not recruiting - Coronary Disease Clinical Trials

Comparison Between Optimal Coherence Tomography Guidance and Angiography Guidance in Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

COCOA
Start date: April 1, 2017
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The present study aims to demonstrate the superiority of optical coherence tomography (OCT)-guided percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) compared with Angiography-guided PCI.

NCT ID: NCT03173248 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Leukemia, Myeloid, Acute

Study of AG-120 (Ivosidenib) vs. Placebo in Combination With Azacitidine in Participants With Previously Untreated Acute Myeloid Leukemia With an IDH1 Mutation

AGILE
Start date: June 26, 2017
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Study AG120-C-009 is a global, Phase 3, multicenter, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of AG-120 (ivosidenib) + azacitidine vs placebo + azacitidine in adult participants with previously untreated IDH1m AML who are considered appropriate candidates for non-intensive therapy. The primary endpoint is event-free survival (EFS). The key secondary efficacy endpoints are overall survival (OS), rate of complete remission (CR), rate of CR and complete remission with partial hematologic recovery (CRh), and overall response rate (ORR). Participants eligible for study treatment based on Screening assessments will be randomized 1:1 to receive oral AG-120 or matched placebo, both administered in combination with subcutaneous (SC) or intravenous (IV) azacitidine. An estimated 200 participants will take part in the study.
