There are about 9745 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Israel. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of opevesostat plus hormone replacement therapy (HRT) compared to alternative abiraterone acetate or enzalutamide in participants with Metastatic Castration-resistant Prostate Cancer (mCRPC) previously treated with one next-generation hormonal agent (NHA). The primary study hypotheses are that opevesostat is superior to alternative abiraterone acetate or enzalutamide with respect to radiographic progression free survival (rPFS) per Prostate Cancer Working Group (PCWG) Modified Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST 1.1) as assessed by Blinded Independent Central Review (BICR) and overall survival (OS), in androgen receptor ligand binding domain (AR LBD) mutation positive and negative participants.
This is a phase 3, randomized, open-label study of opevesostat compared to alternative abiraterone acetate or enzalutamide in participants with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) with respect to overall survival (OS) and to radiographic progression-free survival (rPFS) per Prostate Cancer Working Group (PCWG) Modified Response Evaluation Criteria In Solid Tumors (RECIST 1.1) as assessed by blinded independent central review (BICR) in participants with mCRPC previously treated with next-generation hormonal agent (NHA) and taxane-based chemotherapy. It is hypothesized that opevesostat is superior with respect to OS and rPFS per PCWG Modified RECIST 1.1 as assessed by BICR in androgen receptor ligand binding domain (AR LBD) mutation-negative and -positive participants.
The goal of this study is to evaluate nemtabrutinib compared with investigator's choice of ibrutinib or acalabrutinib in participants with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) who have not received any prior therapy. The primary hypotheses are that (1) nemtabrutinib is non-inferior to ibrutinib or acalabrutinib with respect to objective response rate (ORR) per International Workshop on Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (iwCLL) Criteria 2018 by blinded independent central review (BICR) and (2) nemtabrutinib is superior to ibrutinib or acalabrutinib with respect to progression free survival (PFS) per iwCLL Criteria 2018 by BICR.
This is a 50-patient, Phase 2, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled, hybrid decentralized study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of daily subcutaneous (SC) injection of TXA127 in post-ischemic stroke patients. Subjects will receive either TXA127 0.5mg/kg or placebo for 12 weeks started 6 to 24 months post ischemic stroke, and they will have a 12 week follow up visit after treatment has ended. The primary efficacy outcome measure is individual patient absolute change from baseline in motor and sensory functions as measured by the Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Upper Extremity (FMA-UE) 12 weeks after start of treatment.
The goal of this clinical trial is to test whether sexual intercourse the night after embryo transfer affects thawed embryo implantation rates. Women undergoing one of their first four frozen embryo transfers with a good quality embryo will be randomly assigned to two groups. The study group is subjected to have intercourse without using a condom at the evening/night after the embryo transfer, while the control group will abstain from intercourse for the next 48 hours after the transfer. Researchers will compare the ongoing pregnancy rates between the intervention group and the control group.
The primary objectives of this study are to compare sacituzumab tirumotecan to Treatment of Physician's Choice (TPC) with respect to progression-free survival (PFS) per response evaluation criteria in solid tumors (RECIST 1.1), as assessed by blinded independent central review (BICR), and overall survival (OS). The primary hypotheses are that sacituzumab tirumotecan is superior to TPC with respect to PFS per RECIST 1.1, as assessed by BICR, and that sacituzumab tirumotecan is superior to TPC with respect to OS.
This is a parallel group, Phase 3, multinational, multicenter, randomized, double blind, placebo-controlled, 3-arm monotherapy study for treatment of participants diagnosed with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (AD), whose disease is not adequately controlled with topical prescription therapies or when those therapies are not advisable. The purpose of this study is to measure the efficacy and safety of treatment with amlitelimab solution for SC injection compared with placebo in participants with moderate to severe AD aged 12 years and older. Study details include: At the end of the treatment period, participants will have an option to enter a separate study: the blinded extension study EFC17600 (ESTUARY). For participants not entering the blinded extension Study EFC17600 (ESTUARY), the study duration will be up to 44 weeks including a 2 to 4-week screening, a 24-week randomized double-blind period, and a 16-week safety follow-up. For participants entering the blinded extension Study EFC17600 (ESTUARY), the study duration will be up to 28 weeks including a 2 to 4-week screening and a 24-week randomized double-blind period. The total treatment duration will be up to 24 weeks. The total number of visits will be up to 10 visits (or 9 visits for those entering the blinded extension study EFC17600] (ESTUARY).
The goal of this clinical trial is to compare usability and performance of automatic tourniquets (AUT) and standard mechanical tourniquets (CAT) in healthy adults. The main questions it aims to answer are: - Are AUTs effective in occlusion of blood flow - Are AUTs easy to use Participants will be asked to place AUT and CAT on their upper limbs and lower limbs (8 applications overall). Following each application, the following parameters will be assessed: 1. Limb blood flow 2. Ease of use Researchers will compare the results of the AUT and CAT to see if AUT is as effective as CAT in blood occlusion, and if AUT is easy to use as the CAT.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of MK-6194 in participants with non-segmental vitiligo. The primary hypothesis is that at least 1 MK-6194 dose is superior to placebo with regards to percent change from baseline in Facial Vitiligo Area Scoring Index (F-VASI) at Week 24.
Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and change in disease activity when ABBV-400 is given in combination with Fluorouracil, Folinic Acid, and Bevacizumab to adult participants to treat unresctable metastatic colorectal cancer. ABBV-400 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer. Fluorouracil, folinic acid, and bevacizumab is an drug approved for the treatment of unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer. Study doctors put the participants in groups called treatment arms. Each treatment arm receives a different dose of ABBV-400 in combination with fluorouracil, folinic acid, and bevacizumab (FFB) in escalating doses on two different schedules (safety lead in), followed by low or high doses of ABBV-400 in combination with FFB or fluorouracil, folinic acid, irinotecan, and bevacizumab (standard of care [SOC]) [dose optimization] on its own. Approximately 206 adult participants with unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer will be enrolled in the study in 65 sites worldwide. In the safety lead in, participants will receive escalating intravenous (IV) ABBV-400 in combination with IV FFB on two different schedules. During the dose optimization participants will receive IV ABBV-400 in combination with FFB at low or high doses determined in the safety lead in on two different dosing schedules. The dose optimization arm will also include a comparator cohort in which participants will receive SOC. The study will run for a duration of approximately 3 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). The effect of the treatment will be frequently checked by medical assessments, blood tests, questionnaires and side effects.
