There are about 4372 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Greece. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
Primary Objective: To assess the effect of teriflunomide in comparison to placebo on disease activity measured by time to first clinical relapse after randomization in children and adolescents 10 to 17 years of age with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS). Secondary Objective: - To assess the effect of teriflunomide in comparison to placebo on disease activity/progression measured by brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and on cognitive function. - To evaluate the safety and tolerability of teriflunomide in comparison to placebo. - To evaluate the pharmacokinetics (PK) of teriflunomide.
The purpose of this study is to determine if the addition of daratumumab to velcade (bortezomib) melphalan-prednisone (VMP) will prolong progression-free survival (PFS) compared with VMP alone in participants with previously untreated multiple myeloma who are ineligible for high dose chemotherapy and autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT).
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of ixazomib citrate maintenance therapy on progression-free survival (PFS), compared to placebo, in participants with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (NDMM) who have had a response (complete response [CR], very good partial response [VGPR], or partial response [PR]) to induction therapy followed by high-dose therapy (HDT) and autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT).
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and activity of acalabrutinib in treating subjects with WM.
The main purpose of this study is to evaluate how safe and effective the study drug known as abemaciclib is in participants with lung cancer.
Observational study in the routine clinical practice setting to evaluate the short and long term safety profile of Radium-223 in metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer patients and to evaluate the risk of developing second primary cancers.
This is a registry study to evaluate the long-term safety and effectiveness of adalimumab in pediatric patients with moderately to severely active CD who are treated as recommended in the local product label.
The main purpose of this study is to compare progression-free survival for women with hormone receptor positive (HR+), human epidermal growth factor receptor (HER2) negative advanced breast cancer receiving either abemaciclib + fulvestrant or fulvestrant alone. Participants will be randomized to abemaciclib or placebo in a 2:1 ratio. The study will last about 9 months for each participant. For the endocrine naïve cohort, all participants will received abemaciclib + fulvestrant.
The purpose of this study is to compare the effectiveness of daratumumab when combined with lenalidomide and dexamethasone (DRd) to that of lenalidomide and dexamethasone (Rd), in terms of progression-free survival in participants with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma.
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of enzalutamide in patients with non metastatic prostate cancer.
