Safety and Efficacy of Tisotumab Vedotin Monotherapy & in Combination With Other Cancer Agents in Subjects With Cervical Cancer

This is an open label, multi-center trial of tisotumab vedotin monotherapy and in combination with bevacizumab, pembrolizumab, or carboplatin in subjects with recurrent or stage IVB cervical cancer. The trial consists of two-parts a dose escalation part and an expansion part. The expansion part of the trial will be initiated once the Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) of the combinations have been determined in the dose escalation part.

This study evaluates nirogacestat (PF-03084014) in the treatment of desmoid tumor/aggressive fibromatosis (DT/AF). In the double-blind phase, half of the participants will receive nirogacestat while the other half will receive placebo. Once participants are eligible to roll into the open-label phase, they will receive nirogacestat.

A Study to Evaluate MIV-818 in Patients With Liver Cancer Manifestations

This is an open-label, multicentre dose escalation/expansion study to assess safety and tolerability of MIV 818 as either monotherapy or in combination with 1) lenvatinib, a tyrosine kinase inhibitor used as a standard of care for the treatment of HCC or 2) pembrolizumab, a PD-1 inhibitor. The monotherapy parts of the study will include patients with various solid tumours that have spread to the liver, or alternatively originating in the liver. Evaluations of MIV-818 in combination with lenvatinib or pembrolizumab will only include patients with HCC.
