There are about 36633 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in France. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of CNP520 on cognition, global clinical status, and underlying AD pathology, as well as the safety of CNP520, in people at risk for the onset of clinical symptoms of AD based on their age, APOE genotype and elevated amyloid.
This study aims to describe normal spinal musculoskeletal patterns in healthy adolescents and young adults by using static and dynamic measures. Static informations are obtained from full-spine stereoradiography for skeletal measures and from high-resolution spine muscle MRI for muscular data. Dynamics stability is calculated from 3D gait analysis.
The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy of TAK-659 measured by independent radiologic review committee (IRC)-assessed overall response rate (ORR) in participants with relapsed or refractory DLBCL.
This is a Phase 1b/2 multi-center, open-label study to establish the initial safety and to determine a recommended Phase 2 dose of B-701 in combination with pembrolizumab, and to determine safety, tolerability and efficacy of B-701 (vofatamab) plus pembrolizumab in the treatment of subjects with locally advanced or metastatic UCC, who have progressed following platinum-based chemotherapy and who have not received prior immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy.
Evaluation of the tolerance and acceptability of the virtual representation of its body image.
Phylogenic analysis of viruses hosted in marker positive reservoir cells including CD32a+ CD4 T lymphocytes and rebounding viruses after treatment interruption
This is a multi-center, open-label, single arm, non-comparative phase II trial, designed to evaluate the efficacy of plitidepsin in combination with bortezomib and dexamethasone in patients with Multiple Myeloma (MM) double refractory to bortezomib and lenalidomide.
The study aimed to understand how payoffs for others influence perceptual decision making. The research consists in testing how varying monetary payoffs for another modify the perceptual decision making processes. The use of drift diffusion models on a random dots task enable the characterization of the decision parameter(s) that are modulated when a decision is made to win payoffs for others as compared to decisions for self-benefits. Once the parameter revealed through behavioral experiment, neuroimaging is applied to find the neural correlates of the effects of taking others into account in the decision making process.
The exact origin of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is still unknown. The current hypothesis is that IBD is secondary to an abnormal intestinal immun response directed to all or part of the intestinal flora in genetically predisposed individuals. Several experimental studies have demonstrated the ability of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) from bone marrow or adipose tissue origin to control intestinal inflammation in animal models. However, to date, there are no data regarding the functions of resident MSCs in the colon and small intestine of IBD patients. We hypothesize that dysfunction of resident intestinal MSCs contributes to the disruption of intestinal homeostasis in patients with IBD causing the development of intestinal inflammation. The aim of this research project is to identify, describe and characterize at the molecular and functional level MSCs of the colon and small intestine of patients with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis and to compare them with a control population.
One of the main reasons for treating actinic keratoses (AK) is the wish to lower the risk of progression of AK to squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). This risk is in the order of 1 per 1000 AKs per year, which is in itself a small risk, but since patients can have dozens of AKs and the disease is chronic the cumulative risk for a patient can be substantial. In this extension protocol of trials LP0084-1193, -1194, -1195 and -1196, LEO will study the incidence of SCCs and other skin neoplasia in vehicle and ingenol disoxate treated patients over a period of 2 years, so that the total follow-up time for each patient will be 3 years and 2 months.
