Shorten the time spent in the hospital (hospitalization duration) by optimizing the pre, per and postoperative care is of major medical and economic importance. Minimally invasive surgery allows a faster recovery than open surgery. However, we need to ensure an early and secure return to normality in order to discharge patients safely from the hospital. Clinical and biological parameters need to be controlled post-surgery. This work is going to evaluate the efficacity of a fast - recovery program with incoming patients receiving minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopic or robotic) of partial and total nephrectomy. The implementation of a medical and surgical fast-recovery program could - Lower the average duration of stay in hospital (at least by 1 day) with no increase of morbidity - Insure the absence of complications after 6 months home

Over the past thirty years, risk of road traffic accidents has decreased but remains high and accounts for 44% of fatal work-related accidents for commuting and mission-related accidents. The aims of this study were to estimate the overall incidence of commuting accidents for non-physician professionals in a major university hospital and by gender and different professional categories, and to assess its evolution over a 5-year period. A descriptive analysis was performed on 390 commuting accidents from 2012 to 2016 extracted from the university hospital's occupational health service.
Viral hepatitis, especially hepatitis C, is a major public health issue. Nowadays, very few studies in France have evaluated the prevalence of hepatitis C in a psychiatric environment. In 2019, at the time of new treatments for HCV, it therefore seems essential to update the available data by estimating the prevalence of chronic active hepatitis C in psychiatric population. In addition to an update of epidemiological data, it is of high importance to assess the effectiveness of the care pathway for patients in whom chronic active hepatitis C is diagnosed, including the cascade of care, currently too inefficient despite treatments that are themselves ultra-efficient. Indeed, it is essential that once hepatitis is detected, it is formally diagnosed, then that the patient actually starts care and is adherent to treatment (take his treatment according to the prescription and until the end: this implies that the patient accepts his or her illness and understands the value of the prescribed treatments), to hope to cure the infection. In this context, the SaPHIR study will allow to test a systematic screening of patients in an adult psychiatric environment, through rapid diagnostic tests (RDT). The objective is to promote the adherence of patients, and to assess possible obstacles in order to optimize the screening (RDTs), diagnosis (confirmation of only positive RDTs by venous sampling) and care management circuits in routine practice. In addition, the study envisages a combined HCV-HBV-HIV screening, taking into account the cross-infection risk (same mode of contamination, same risk population, frequent co-infections, more severe liver pathology in case of co-infection, etc.), thus making it possible to take care of the patient as a whole. The results of the SaPHIR study can ultimately be sent to the French health authorities to improve screening and care circuits, and their coverage by social security.

The objective of this multicentre study is to collect data on the related clinical complications and clinical outcomes of market-approved Decathlon Ankle STRONG products to demonstrate safety and performance of these devices in a real-world setting.
This study was evaluate the effect of elexacaftor (ELX)/tezacaftor (TEZ)/ivacaftor (IVA) on glucose tolerance in CF participants, 12 years of age and older who are heterozygous for the F508del mutation and a minimal function mutation (F/MF genotypes), with abnormal glucose metabolism.
At the age of 17, in Brittany, 94.9% of adolescents have experimented alcohol consumption 78.1% within a month and 25.5% report repeated episodes of Intensive Punctual Alcohol. Among the potential explanatory factors of this worrying epidemiology, social and cultural factors induce a social valuation of alcohol consumption and drunkenness. There are also individual vulnerability factors, particularly important in adolescence between experimentation and the transition to regular use or even to alcohol use disorders. Despite the extent of the damage, there is currently little reliable data on effective primary prevention strategies for dealing with addictive behavior. Many prevention programs target age range in school settings, to delay or reduce use of psychoactive substances. A meta-analysis on the impact of this prevention programs in school settings, concluded that most interventions are associated with no or little impact with respect to the goal of reducing psychoactive substances with teenagers. Among existing programs, "PREVENTURE" has been evaluated in 5 trials with high-risk teenagers identified in schools settings, in different countries (Canada, Europe). The results show a clear and robust effect on reducing alcohol consumption. This program has not been tested outside the school setting and a recent review mention the need to make this program more accessible by targeting vulnerable groups and studying the impact of this program on this population. The PREVADO study is a prospective, controlled, randomised, open-label study. After inclusion, the adolescent completes the questionnaire SURPS (Substance Use Risk Profile Scale). The SURPS is self-report questionnaire that assesses four well-validated personality risk factors for substance misuse (Impulsivity, Sensation Seeking, Anxiety Sensitivity, and Hopelessness). There is a 23-item to which adolescents are asked to respond using a 4-point Likert scale ranging from "strongly agree" to "strongly disagree" : Hopelessness (7 items), Anxiety Sensitivity (5 items), Impulsivity (5 items), and Sensation Seeking (6 items). Adolescents will be randomized into 2 groups (stratification on the 4 predominant risk personality types from the SURPS (Substance Use Risk Profile Scale) and on the recruitment modality) : - Intervention group : teenagers follow the "PREVENTURE" program and routine cares - Control group : teenagers follow routine cares
Despite the progress made in the management of myocardial infarction (MI), the associated morbidity and mortality remains high. Numerous scientific data show that damage of the coronary microcirculation (CM) during a STEMI remains a problem because the techniques for measuring it are still imperfect. We have simple methods for estimating the damage to the MC during the initial coronary angiography, the best known being the calculation of the myocardial blush grade (MBG), but which is semi-quantitative and therefore not very precise, or more precise imaging techniques, such as cardiac MRI, which are performed 48 hours after the infarction and which make the development of early applicable therapeutics not very propitious. Finally, lately, the use of special coronary guides to measure a precise CM index remains non-optimal because it prolongs the procedure. However, the information is in the picture and this information could allow the development of therapeutic strategies adapted to the patient's CM. Indeed, the arrival of iodine in CM increases the density of the pixels of the image, this has been demonstrated by the implementation in 2009 of a software allowing the calculation of the MBG assisted by computer. But the performances of this software did not allow its wide diffusion. Today, the field of medical image analysis presents dazzling progress thanks to artificial intelligence (AI). Deep Learning, a sub-category of Machine Learning, is probably the most powerful form of AI for automated image analysis today. Made up of a network of artificial neurons, it allows, using a very large number of known examples, to extract the most relevant characteristics of the image to solve a given problem. Thus, it uses thousands of pieces of information, sometimes imperceptible to the naked eye. We hypothesize that a supervised Deep Learning algorithm trained with a set of relevant data, will be able to identify a patient with a pejorative prognosis, probably related to a microcirculatory impairment visible in the image.
