Acute Pain Memory Among Former Burned: Exploration of fMRI.

EXPLO-DMA
Start date: February 13, 2018
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Pain is complex phenomenon misunderstood in spite of medical progress and neurosciences. That's why the relief of chronic pain is only partial for a lot of infection as arthrosis, chronic back pain, headaches or neuropathic pain. Certain situations bring to relive pain sensation. Investigators were interested to former burned. They wonder about somatic memory and unconscious of acute.

NCT ID: NCT03222973 Terminated - Multiple Sclerosis Clinical Trials

Efficacy and Safety of BIIB033 (Opicinumab) as an Add-on Therapy to Disease-Modifying Therapies (DMTs) in Relapsing Multiple Sclerosis (MS)

AFFINITY
Start date: November 15, 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The primary objective of Part 1 of this study is to evaluate the effects of BIIB033 versus placebo on disability improvement over 72 weeks. The primary objective of Part 2 of this study is to evaluate the long-term safety profile of BIIB033 as an add-on therapy in participants with MS. The secondary objective of Part 1 is to evaluate the effects of BIIB033 versus placebo on additional measures of disability improvement. The secondary objective of Part 2 is to investigate long-term efficacy (disability improvement) and additional safety measures of BIIB033 as an add-on therapy in participants with MS.

NCT ID: NCT03221842 Terminated - Clinical trials for Antibody-mediated Rejection

Efficacy and Safety of Human Plasma-derived C1-esterase Inhibitor as add-on to Standard of Care for the Treatment of Refractory Antibody Mediated Rejection (AMR) in Adult Renal Transplant Recipients

Start date: November 6, 2017
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a double-blind, randomized-withdrawal, placebo-controlled study in kidney transplant patients with AMR to evaluate the efficacy and safety of human plasma-derived C1-esterase inhibitor as add-on to standard of care (IVIG).

NCT ID: NCT03219164 Terminated - Cystic Fibrosis Clinical Trials

Study of Aztreonam for Inhalation in Children With Cystic Fibrosis and New Infection of the Airways by Pseudomonas Aeruginosa Bacteria

ALPINE 2
Start date: November 28, 2017
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of a 14-day course versus a 28-day course of aztreonam for inhalation solution (AZLI) in pediatric participants with new onset Pseudomonas aeruginosa respiratory tract infection or colonization.

NCT ID: NCT03216863 Terminated - Lung Cancer Clinical Trials

Home Respiratory Rehabilitation in Advanced Lung Cancer Chemotherapy Per os

Start date: August 3, 2015
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The feasibility and impact of respiratory rehabilitation (RR) in patients with advanced or metastatic (EGF-R WT or mutated) non-small cell lung cancer treated with oral targeted therapy including Inhibitors of EGF-R tyrosine kinases (TKI) and ALK inhibitors. These patients will benefit, at the beginning of the chemotherapy whatever the treatment line, of a respiratory rehabilitation. The respiratory rehabilitation takes place at the patient's home with the HAD's cooperation 3 hours per week, divided into 2 or 3 sessions. There is associated educational, nutritional and psychological support for a total duration of 8 weeks.

NCT ID: NCT03212716 Terminated - Flu Clinical Trials

Efficiency of Antagonist Drugs of the Cellular Transcriptomic Signature of Influenza A Virus Infection.

FLUNEXT
Start date: December 23, 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The aim of this study is to evaluate the possibility to repropose marketed drugs as antiviral ones, based on their ability to reverse the transcriptomic signature of the infected cells. This strategy has to be considered is the context of emerging viral diseases and of increase of resistance to antivirals. Concerning infection by Influenza viruses, the main drugs were identified and evaluated on in vitro and in vivo models: diltiazem. Therefore, it will be assess the efficacy of these the drug, compared to placebo, to treat severe flu.

NCT ID: NCT03212690 Terminated - Acute Lung Injury Clinical Trials

Study of Renin-angiotensin System in Mechanically Ventilated Subjects

Start date: June 11, 2018
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to assess whether circulating Angiotensin (Ang) II and Ang (1-7) levels are associated with right ventricular (RV) dysfunction in mechanically ventilated subjects. It is also designed to further characterize the subject population for severity of RV dysfunction. This study will investigate the association of renin-angiotensin system (RAS) peptides and markers of RV function, as measured by echocardiography, in subjects requiring acute mechanical ventilation. Maximum 150 subjects will be enrolled for the study and they will be evaluated over three days period using standard of care investigations, including trans-thoracic echocardiography (TTE) and/or trans-esophageal echocardiography (TOE) echocardiography. The maximum total duration of this study for subjects is 28 days.

NCT ID: NCT03209778 Terminated - Schizophrenia Clinical Trials

Involuntary Memories Investigation in Schizophrenia

Start date: September 29, 2017
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Patients with schizophrenia suffer from autobiographical memory disorders. Patients have difficulty to remember vividly personal past events when they are specifically asked for. Indeed, this task requires a good executive functioning to retrieve precise information stored in long term memory. Interestingly, executive functioning has been showed impaired in schizophrenia and studies showed that their autobiographical memory impairments were directed related to their executive dysfunction. Yet, in daily life people remember more often autobiographical memories spontaneously, without trying voluntarily to recall them. In that case, the involuntary recall of personal past events is much less sustained by executive functioning. In this protocol the investigators would like to investigate and compare subjective characteristics of involuntary and voluntary autobiographical memories in order to highlight the role of executive dysfunction in patients' autobiographical memory impairments.

NCT ID: NCT03207867 Terminated - Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trials

Start date: August 28, 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this phase 2 study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of NIR178 in combination with PDR001 in multiple solid tumors and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and further explore schedule variations of NIR178 to optimize immune activation through inhibition of A2aR.

NCT ID: NCT03207477 Terminated - Visual Disorder Clinical Trials

Premavision Cohort Follow-up

PrmvsionSuiv
Start date: November 20, 2017
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study aim at following a cohort of prematurely born infants at 18 months corrected age, 4 and 7 years of age. This cohort had an evaluation of visual maturation at term equivalent age (TEA) with factors associated with impaired visual maturation. (PREMAVISION-CLinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT02890251). In this follow-up study, prematurely born infants vision will be compared to term born infants matched for postnatal age.
