There are about 36633 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in France. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
Our objective is to identify the main crises facing the patients and caregivers in medical oncology and rank them by order of importance. Each group of participant will also express its perception of other participants' list of crises.
The goal of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of pembrolizumab plus belzutifan plus lenvatinib or pembrolizumab/quavonlimab plus lenvatinib versus pembrolizumab plus lenvatinib as first-line treatment in participants with advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). The primary hypotheses are (1) pembrolizumab plus belzutifan plus lenvatinib is superior to pembrolizumab plus lenvatinib with respect to progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS), in advanced ccRCC participants; and (2) pembrolizumab/quavonlimab plus lenvatinib is superior to pembrolizumab plus lenvatinib with respect to PFS and OS, in advanced ccRCC participants.
This clinical trial aims to evaluate the antalgic effect of Puressentiel Joints and Muscles - Gel with 14 essential oils for 12 weeks on knee joint pain in 45 patients suffering from chronic pain related to arthritis of the knee. The evaluation of the puressentiel antalgic effect Joints and Muscles - Gel with 14 essential oils will be done by an algo-functional score of WOMAC based on items of pain, joint stiffness and locomotor function (main criterion), a visual analog scale EVA (graduated from 1 to 10) of the pain by self-assessment of the patient during the consultation and the number of daily analgesics and anti-inflammatory drugs (secondary criteria).
Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries are frequent in handball especially among young players. Recent investigations highlighted the implication of the central nervous system as a potential risk factor for ACL rupture. The ability to dynamically reweight proprioceptive signals according to postural conditions is crucial for balance control. The aim of this study is therefore to investigate the influence of proprioceptive reweighting on biomechanical determinants of ACL loads during functional tasks and unplanned side cutting manoeuvers.
Multicenter, open-label, non randomized, phase 2 trial in resectable gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma: Perioperative Treatment by Spartalizumab (PDR001) in Combination with fluorouracil, leucovorin, oxaliplatin, and docetaxel (FLOT)
This is a phase 3 study to evaluate zimberelimab (AB122) combined with domvanalimab (AB154) compared to pembrolizumab in front-line, PD-L1-high, locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC.
This is a Phase 1, multicenter, open label, single agent dose escalation and combination treatment study of RP3 in adult participants with advanced solid tumors, to evaluate the safety and tolerability of RP3 both as a single agent and in combination with anti-PD1 therapy and to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of RP3.
This is a randomised, double-blind, double-dummy, multicentre, dose-ranging clinical trial in subjects with vitamin D deficiency or insufficiency. Its general objective is to determine the efficacy and safety of different doses of calcifediol soft gelatin capsules (SGCs) compared to placebo.
The composition and role of the pulmonary microbiota is not yet well described in cystic fibrosis patients. The objective of our longitudinal follow-up of primary colonised patients is to show the presence of a link between the composition of the microbiota and the effectiveness of antibiotic therapy. All patients followed at the Montpellier CF center will be asked to participate in this cohort. All patients have a regular follow-up every 1 to 6 months and will be asked at each visit to keep their sputum sample in excess of the analyses requested for their follow-up
