Study of Language Disorders and Interactions Between Mnesic Capabilities and Semantic Competencies in Patients With Psychosis

This research concerns the study of language disorders of patients present in the spectrum of psychosis. It is indeed accepted that psychotic disorders are associated with language difficulties, which are only poorly highlighted thanks to reusable tools in clinical practice. These language disorders impact communication, and concern many linguistic domains, thus covering phonology, lexicon, semantics, morphosyntax and pragmatics. It therefore seems relevant to characterize these language disorders and to assess to what extent they interact with the other symptoms of the pathology, in particular the course of the thought disorder and the neuropsychological symptoms. In addition, this study is particularly interested in the interactions between working memory capacities and those related to syntax. It is intended for different patients suffering from psychotic disorders of different intensities, treated in the Psychotherapeutic Center of Nancy. Patients suffering from at-risk mental state (ARMS), first episode of psychosis (FEP) or schizophrenia will benefit from a complete language assessment, evaluating each domain mentioned above, on the expressive and understanding sides. The results of the language assessment will be compared with those of a control group in the same tests. They will also be analyzed with regard to the neuropsychological and psychiatric elements noted in the patient's medical file, in order to highlight possible associations between language skills, neuropsychological and psychiatric symptoms in this patient population.

The goal of this mixed-methods study is to describe the association between the level of parent/adolescent discordance in the assessment of the adolescent's level of suicidal intentionality after a suicid attempt and the evolution of the suicidal crisis by assessing the evolution of the adolescent's suicidal intentionality between T0 and 3 months. The main questions it aims to answer are: - To show the association between the level of parent/adolescent discordance in the assessment of the adolescent's level of suicidal intent after a suicid attempt and various markers of the evolution of the suicidal crisis at 3 months. - Explore the experience of adolescents and their parents regarding the elements they consider relevant in assessing the adolescent's suicidal intent. Participants will be asked to complete various self- and hetero-questionnaires at T0 and T3

Epilepsy is one of the most common chronic neurological diseases. According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO), it affects 0.5 to 1% of the population, or around 70 million people world-wide and around 600,000 in France. There are several more or less severe forms of epilepsy depending on the type of epileptic seizures and the frequency of these seizures. About 30% of epileptic patients respond poorly to well-conducted medical treatment, which makes the number of so-called "drug-resistant" patients estimated at between 100,000 and 150,000 patients. Epilepsy surgery is possible in some cases of drug-resistant epilepsy and can lead to complete seizure control. Beyond the impact on the control of seizures, surgery can have an impact on the lives of patients at the psychological, emotional and cognitive level, with consequences on their socio-professional but also personal life. Thus the impact on the daily life of patients after epilepsy surgery can vary greatly from one patient to another and the personal feelings of operated patients do not always seem to correspond to the objective elements collected by doctors. 2.3 The investigators want to retrospectively assess the satisfaction and quality of life of patients operated on for more than 2 years based on their epileptological results (frequency of seizures).

Diabetes is one of the very common and chronic diseases in the present world, which affects children and adults. Diabetes is characterized by hyperglycemia. Hence, diabetic patients need to precisely monitor their blood sugar level regularly a few times a day. Currently, the solutions for self-monitoring blood glucose are invasive (finger prick method, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) using microneedle).The fully non-invasive CGM approaches still are in high demand. The medical device is developed, ultimately, to continuously measure the blood glucose level from continuous in-vivo photoacoustic signal. For this study, the goal is to check if the signal collected by the investigational device is relevant and exploitable in patients with type I diabetes. The main task of participants is to wear the investigational device during one week.

This is a Phase III, multicentre, randomised, double-blinded, placebo-controlled, parallel group study to evaluate the safety, tolerability and effect of 1 or 2 mg baxdrostat versus placebo, administered once daily (QD) orally, on the reduction of systolic blood pressure in approximately 720 participants aged ≥ 18 years with hypertension, despite a stable regimen of 2 antihypertensive agents at baseline, one of which is a diuretic (uncontrolled hypertension); or ≥ 3 antihypertensive agents at baseline, one of which is a diuretic (treatment-resistant hypertension).

Characterization and Quantification of Platelet/Leukocyte Aggregates in Patients With Suspected Heparin-induced Thrombocytopenia

The investigators would like to analyze platelet/leukoplak activation, quantify and morphologically characterize these aggregates using in vitro analysis, directly on whole blood from adult patients with suspected HIT. This would enable to better describe the in vivo pathophysiology of the HIT-suspect patient, and eliminate the need for platelet donors to perform the usual confirmatory techniques, whose inter- and intra-individual variability is very high. What's more, the SRA test, evaluated as the reference test, requires the use of radioisotopes and is therefore only carried out in a few biological expertise centers, resulting in a very long delay in the delivery of results. It should also be noted that, in practice, HÉPARINE is immediately stopped in patients with suspected HIT, and they are put on an expensive anticoagulant (DANAPAROIDE SODIQUE or ARGATROBAN) in curative doses until the results of the confirmatory tests are back. In this serious, life-threatening condition, it is essential to have a sensitive, specific test to confirm HIT as quickly as possible. Each patient with suspected HIT (rapid >30% reduction in platelet count after initiation of heparin therapy) should have 4 tubes of 3.2% citrated whole blood (2.7ml) collected at the time of suspected HIT (D0) and before any therapeutic switch (or 24 h max after switch). A new sample (4 citrated tubes) will be taken at D4, D7 and D14 during hospitalization, in patients who test positive for anti-PF4/H Ac. All patients with suspected HIT will follow the standard diagnostic pathway, i.e. a screening test (immunological test for anti-PF4/heparin antibodies, total Ig, ACL TOP, Werfen) followed by a confirmatory test (platelet aggregation on TA-8V, STAGO and/or SRA). Doppler ultrasonography of the lower limbs will be performed in HIT-suspect patients with a positive anti-PF4/H antibody test, as currently performed as part of routine care.

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare conventional clinical data collected as part of usual practice with data collected by the two digital tools to help diagnose major and minor neurocognitive disorders in elderly people consulting a memory center for cognitive complaints. The main question[s] it aims to answer are: - Is it possible to create a classification between the different intensities of cognitive impairment? - Is it possible to create a diagnostic tool consistent with the reference diagnosis? Participants will be asked to complete a series of cognitive and fine motor tasks, and will be given questionnaires on their lifestyle and medical history. They will be asked to wear a connected watch for 1 week. There is no comparison group.
