The purpose of this study is to provide new insights into the pathophysiology of emergency hematopoiesis detected in severe COVID-19 patients. The investigators aim to explore the ability of calprotectin to induce an immunosuppressive myeloid program at the hematopoietic stem and progenitor cell (HSPC) level, and to identify the receptor(s) involved in this effect. Since patients with a hematological malignancy demonstrate a very high propensity to develop a severe COVID-19, the investigators will explore how HSPCs collected from patients with a myeloid malignancy respond to calprotectin.

Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) is the most common neurodegenerative disease affecting the motor neuron. Currently, there is no diagnostic test and no examination that can predict the evolution of this pathology. The search for diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers is therefore essential for a better understanding of the pathophysiology of ALS, which remains poorly understood, and also for better clinical management. The ocular surface, made up of liquid elements, tears, and cells, is an accessible anatomical-physiological entity that has demonstrated its usefulness in the identification of biomarkers in neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's or Alzheimer's. To date, no study has explored the ocular surface as a biomarker in ALS

A Case Management Algorithm for Women Victims of Violence

A considerable body of research has demonstrated that women who are victims of interpersonal violence are at substantially elevated risk for the development of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). In France, victims can request a medico-legal examination in a clinical forensic medicine unit. Although these units are also a place for initial psychological examination, women often don't attend future scheduled appointments. Decision-making algorithm using phone contact are effective in suicide prevention. Our aim is to assess the effectiveness of case management algorithm using early phone contact compared to a control group treated as usual on clinical outcome after consultation requested in a clinical forensic medicine unit by female victims of violence. Method: Prospective, multicenter, open-label, randomized controlled clinical trial, for women victims of violence. Victims randomized in VIGITRAUMA group will be contacted by phone at 3 weeks after the consultation in a clinical forensic medicine unit, and a second phone call can be done. If the subject is not contacted after the second phone call, he will receive a postcard. Control group will benefit from usual follow-up. All the subjects included will be then evaluated at 3 months, 6 months and 1 year during a phone call.

B-cell Chronic Lymphoid Malignancies Markers

Lymphoid chronic B-cell malignancies are frequent pathologies that affect adults, with a very variable prognosis and treatment (some of them can remain untreated). The diagnosis of these malignancies relies on the study of the morphology of tumoral cells and the expression by these cells of several markers, mainly via a technical approach called flow cytometry. Because the markers currently used remain imperfect, additional ones are needed for an accurate diagnosis that affect both prognosis and treatment. In addition, because numerous markers are used at the diagnosis, there is a need of tools that synthetize the multi-dimensional structure of the data obtained. The primary purpose of this study is to detect new markers that can be of help for the diagnosis of Marginal Zone Lymphoma and other B-cell chronic lymphoid malignancies. The secondary purpose of this study is to obtain a statistical algorithm that allow a good prediction of the different sub-types of chronic B-cell malignancies mainly using the results of flow cytometry.

Some evidence exists that SARS-COV-2 may infect pituitary axis, and therefore may alter hypothalamic function. Whether perinatal COVID-19 is associated with alterations in the maturation of the Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Gonadal (HPG) axis, and specifically with its transient activation occurring during infancy, namely minipuberty, is a major concern. Among the various pathogenic features related to COVID-19, altered minipuberty could be a key factor underlying many multimorbidities later in life, suggesting that they could involve a common causative mechanism that occurs within this short and critical period of time following birth. The primary endpoint of this study is to compare the humoral response (titre and neutralizing capacity of induced antibodies) against SARS-CoV-2 following vaccination with BNT162b2 (Pfizer BioNTech) in immunocompromised persons, in comparison to healthy subject. Secondary objectives are to evaluate the humoral response in the nasal mucosa, and the capacity of antibodies to neutralize emerging variants of concerns and to prevent COVID-19.

Modifications in Retinal Microvascularization With Targeted Anti-angiogenic Therapy in Colorectal Cancer

Retinal microvascularization can provide important informations to systemic vascular phenomena. The non-invasive quantitative description of the retinal vascularization is now possible by performing OCT-angiography and their image analysis software (vascular density and retinal perfusion). Systemic microvacular changes during the establishment of oncological treatment by targeted antiangiogenic therapy are little described in the literature. The objective of this pilot study is to describe the evolution of the retinal vascular density of patients with antiangiogenic drugs. In addition, the evolution of the retinal vascular density of patients on antiangiogenic drugs will study as a function of the response to the treatment and the toxicity of these treatments.
