Both drug-coated balloon and stents have been used for a number of years to treat subjects with Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD) and are recognized as very good treatment methods. However, due to a higher risk of blood clot formation, requiring a longer anticoagulant treatment, and the challenge of treating re growth of tissue extending through the metal mesh of the stent, the physicians try to reserve stent placement to situation where it's really needed, in case of flow-limiting vessel dissection or acute re-narrowing. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the utility of several procedural diagnostic techniques in helping the physicians to better decide whether a stent is needed or not. The study will also estimate the safety and efficacy of Passeo-18 Lux drug-coated balloon associated to Pulsar 18 bare metal stent when and where needed to treat PAD
Helicobacter pylori is a major human pathogen associated with significant morbidity. The treatment oriented by the antibiogram or PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) should be privileged in children. However, the optimal treatment for the eradication of pediatric H. pylori infection is still not established. No French consensus conference on the management of H. pylori infection in children taking into account the epidemiological data available for this infection has been published. The description of diagnostic and therapeutic management procedures has not yet been specifically described according to the country of birth of children. The main objective is to collect data enabling the establishment of a French observatory of Helicobacter pylori in children in order to provide a national database.
The bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) is a respiratory disease of the premature child which lead to a reduction of gas exchange surface and to a prolonged respiratory failure. This disease has morphologic and functional consequences at adulthood and is today considered to be an early determinant of respiratory diseases at adulthood. The physiopathology of BPD is not well known. Several mechanisms could be involved especially a reparation failure favored by an increase of cellular senescence which is a permanent stop of cellular proliferation. The transcription factor 16 Ink4a, considered as a marker of aging, is one of the essential markers of senescence. Its increase during prematurity was shown at the blood cells of the cordon, but its involvement in BPD and its evolution in child are not yet studied.
A study designed tocompare progression-free survival (PFS) in participants with t(11;14)-positive MM treated with venetoclax in combination with dexamethasone versus pomalidomide in combination with dexamethasone.
This study is designed to identify the target Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) population(s) that overexpress c-Met (c-Met+) best suited for telisotuzumab vedotin therapy in the second line or third line setting (Stage 1) and then to expand the group(s) to further evaluate efficacy in the selected population(s) (Stage 2). After the Stage 2 global enrollment is completed, an additional cohort at an alternate dose level will evaluate the safety and efficacy of telisotuzumab vedotin (Stage 3).
1. Primary outcome measure: measuring the effect of spa treatment in patients suffering from lower limb osteoarthritis or any other lower limb rheumatological condition. Percentage of patients with minimum 19,9 mm decrease in pain Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) or WOMAC score (Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index) improvement of at least 9 points (minimal clinically important difference), 6 months after enrollment. Secondary outcome measures: 2. Measuring the effect of spa treatment in patients with concomitant chronic lower back pain. Percentage of patients presenting clinical benefits according to the EIFEL score, with a decrease of at least 5 points, 6 months after enrollment. 3. Quantitative evaluation of pain. Mean pain VAS comparison between enrollment and 6 months after spa treatment. 4. Quantitative evaluation of WOMAC score. Mean WOMAC score comparison between enrollment and 6 months after spa treatment. 5. Quantitative evaluation of EIFEL score. Mean EIFEL score comparison between enrollment and 6 months after spa treatment. 6. Impact of spa treatment on the patient's metabolism. Height and weight (BMI calculation), blood pressure and heart rate measured at enrollment and throughout the follow-up. 7. 8. Quality of life. 36-Item Short Form (SF 36) and EuroQol 5 Dimensions (EQ5D) questionnaires at enrollment, 3 months and 6 months. 9. Doctor and patient opinion. Semi-quantitative scale collected at enrollment, 3 months and 6 months. 10. Medicine consumption Daily medicine consumption evaluated upon the 72 hours preceding the medical visit at enrollment, 3 months and 6 months. 11. Auto-evaluation of pain VAS pain evaluation by the patient every 6 weeks for a more precise time frame of the treatment's effect.
Outcome of Hodgkin lymphoma patients over than 60 years treated by chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy: retrospective analysis.
The primary purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy of brigatinib by confirmed objective response rate (ORR) by response evaluation criteria in solid tumors (Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors [RECIST]), in participants with ALK+ locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC whose disease has progressed on therapy with alectinib or ceritinib.
The sequence of 3D CP-IRM, used in current practice in the protocols of bilio-pancreatic imaging, can be thus optimized to reduce acquisition time, thus the artefacts of movement, in particular in 3T. It remains however to estimate if the quality of obtained image is equivalent at least to that of the conventional sequence, without apnea, 3D CP-IRM. To summarize, the investigators suggest comparing the classic sequence (Fast Relaxation Fast Spin Echo (FRFSE) 3D) already existing with the same sequence to which will be added a technique of CS allowing its acquisition at shortened time(weather), with respiratory trigger on one hand and in apnea on the other hand. For the patient, this study will have for consequence only the addition of 2 sequence MRI, one of the 2 minutes 30 seconds (with respiratory trigger) and other one of the 20 seconds (in apnea).
The role of head posture has been demonstrated in patient with dentofacial deformities. However, the relationship between body posture and jaw disorders is unclear. Moreover, patients with obstructive sleep apnea have the same anatomical abnormalities than patients with dentofacial deformities. The aim of this study is to evaluate, firstly, nocturnal sleeping disorders among patients with jaw disorders. Secondly, the investigators aim to evaluate the interaction between body posture, breathing and dentofacial deformities. A polygraphy will be performed on patient with dentofacial deformities before and after correcting jaw surgery. A postural evaluation will be done using EOS imaging system and a force plate
