This is a controlled investigation, with randomization of the patients, which aims at demonstrating the efficacy of device RGn600 in treating patients with mild-to-moderate Alzheimer's disease (AD). RGn600 is a non-invasive medical device which is applied on the head (helmet) and on the abdomen (abdominal belt). It combines 2 technologies: - PhotoBioModulation (PBM), which involves exposure to light from the red to near-infrared wavelengths using lasers and Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) - Static Magnetic Stimulation (SMS), which consists in the application of a static magnetic field. Considering previous investigations, this innovative technology could reduce inflammation on the brain-gut axis, implicated in the development of Alzheimer's disease.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of treatment with subcutaneous anifrolumab versus placebo in adult participants with systemic sclerosis. The target population for this study includes patients who meet the 2013 American College of Rheumatology/European League Against Rheumatism (ACR/EULAR) classification for systemic sclerosis, either limited or diffuse cutaneous subsets, with a disease duration of less than 6 years from first non-Raynaud's phenomenon symptom.

Gynecology Beyond Gender: Cervical Cancer Screening in Transgender Men in France

In France, cervical cancer screening is the subject of a national screening programme organized for all asymptomatic individuals aged 25 to 65 years with a cervix. The latter contributes greatly to the prevention and early treatment of this disease, whose public health challenge is recognized worldwide. One of the objectives of this programme is to reduce inequalities in access. Transgender men, i.e. individuals assigned to the female gender at birth but identifying with the male gender, are concerned by this screening as long as they still have a cervix, according to the same modalities as for cisgender women. However, they are often excluded from health care, including organized screening programs. Gender change in civil status is one of the obstacles. The provision of gynaecological care is sometimes inadequate. The lack of knowledge of health professionals and the problems of discrimination that transgender people may face reduce the chances of having equitable access. This survey aims to explore the perception that transgender men have of cervical cancer screening and to identify the challenges they face, the obstacles and the levers to access this prevention program.

Fabry disease (OMIM-301500, FD) is a lysosomal storage disease with X-linked inheritance secondary to mutations in the α-galactosidase A gene (GLA), which cause absence or decreased activity of the lysosomal hydrolase a-galactosidase A (a-gal A). The accumulation of globotriaosylceramide (Gb3) leads to multiple organs dysfunction, especially in three key organs: kidney, heart and cerebrovascular system. Progressive nephropathy is one of the main features of Fabry disease and is marked by an insidious development. The investigators are facing different current challenges about treatment initiation in non-classic phenotype patients, optimal dose after treatment initiation, and treatments monitoring in Fabry nephropathy. That is even more important that the enzyme replacement therapy is expensive and a lifelong commitment. Functional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is now able to provide T1 mapping sequence. In Fabry disease, T1 mapping is currently used to assess the degree of myocardial involvement. The MRI for assessement of Fabry Cardiomyopathy is now recommended by the 2022 national diagnostic and care protocol (PNDS) in France. However there is no data about T1 mapping values in kidney in Fabry's disease The main Objective is to describe renal performance through multi-parametric MRI in Fabry nephropathy and the primary outcome will be the quantification of renal T1 in Fabry patients.

The goal of this cross-sectional case control study is to investigate the cardiovascular risk in digital osteoarthritis. This study aims to compare the cardiovascular risk between group of patients with digital osteoarthritis and control group of patients with non-osteoarthritis disease paired by measurement of carotid intima-media thickness. All participants will undergo an ultrasound scan to measure carotid intima media thickness, a clinical assessment with the rheumatologist and a cardiovascular risk assessment.
