PV antral isolation plus ablation of drivers (PVAI+drivers) 3. PV antral isolation plus isolation of posterior wall (PVAI+box) All three strategies will employ contemporary catheter ablation technology using more efficient open irrigated tip cooling and contact force sensing.

Each patient will be followed during 4 years from the date of randomization.

Determination of the Validity of a Questionnaire to Assess the Visual Function of Preverbal Children With Operable Bilateral Ocular Pathologies

In some symmetrical pediatric ocular pathologies, the treatment is surgical with usually satisfactory postoperative results in visual terms. However, it is often difficult to choose the right moment to operate. The main difficulty is that the child's vision is unknown since the child is still in a preverbal age. The investigators have developed a questionnaire with the aim of quantifying the child's vision so that the decision is most justified. The items of this questionnaire were established based on the literature and were submitted to a panel of experts in ophthalmo-pediatrics. The objective of this study is to determine the internal validity and as far as possible (since there is no equivalent tool) the external validity of the questionnaire developed.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate if the addition of GSK3359609 to pembrolizumab in combination with 5FU-platinum based chemotherapy improves the efficacy of the pembrolizumab combination with 5FU-platinum based chemotherapy in participants with recurrent or metastatic (R/M) head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). This randomized, double-blinded, Phase II/III study will compare the combination of GSK3359609 with pembrolizumab and 5FU-platinum chemotherapy to placebo in combination with pembrolizumab and 5FU-platinum chemotherapy in participants with recurrent or metastatic HNSCC of the oral cavity, oropharynx, hypopharynx or larynx.

This study is designed to assess the safety and efficacy of lenvatinib in combination with pembrolizumab versus standard of care (SOC) chemotherapy, and to also assess the safety and efficacy of lenvatinib monotherapy in participants with recurrent/metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (R/M HNSCC) that have progressed after platinum therapy and a programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) or anti-programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) inhibitor. The primary hypothesis is that lenvatinib + pembrolizumab is superior to SOC chemotherapy with respect to ORR per modified Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) 1.1 as assessed by blinded independent central review.

This study is a prospective open label, multicenter, phase II, window-of-opportunity preoperative, single-agent trial. This study aims to evaluate the efficacy, the safety and tolerability profile of bintrafusp alfa in patients with histologically or cytologically confirmed squamous cell carcinoma of the oral cavity, oropharynx, larynx or hypopharynx, previously untreated, with indication of primary surgery. Patients with a diagnosis of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) from unknown primary will not be enrolled.

Efficacy of Morphine in Reducing the Rate of Early Non-Invasive Ventilation Failure in Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Phase I/IIa

Acute exacerbations of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) are a major source of morbidity and mortality for patients and cost to the society. In case of acute respiratory failure with hypercapnia and acidosis, Non Invasive Ventilation (NIV) is preferred as a first line treatment. NIV failures are not uncommon, from 15% in intensive care to 25 - 30% in emergency departments. They most often occur at the start of the NIV or in the hours that follow. There are many reasons for these failure. Among these are; dyspnea, discomfort, the pain related to the exacerbation and also to the NIV are frequently noted. The use of certain drugs with anxiolytic, hypnotic and/or analgesic properties could also be useful. Some sedatives and opioids have already been studied in this indication but without a therapeutic trial and satisfactory methodology. Among the molecules of interest, Morphine seems interesting . It's administration could reduce the ventilatory rate, intensity of dyspnea, pain and anxiety as well as dynamic hyperinflation. The investigators believe that morphine administration will decrease the rate of early NIV failure by improving comfort (decreased dyspnea and pain) and ventilation (decreased respiratory rate and increase in tidal volume) in patients with exacerbations of COPD. However, before considering a randomized phase III efficacy study, it is necessary to determine the optimal dose of morphine in this indication, through a phase I/II dose-finding study taking into accounts both the efficacy and toxicity of morphine. The main objective of this study, is to determine the optimal dose of morphine administered at the initiation of NIV in patient with acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), which is defined as the maximum gain function combining the probability of dose-limiting toxicity with PaCO2.Therefore, the impact of morphine administration on the physiological parameters of NIV- COPD exacerbation patients will be assessed.

Evaluation of the rate of positive RT-PCR SARS-CoV-2 test at 1 month of COVID infection among elderly people. It is unclear how long an individual with COVID-19 will remain "sick" and "contagious". It appears that SARS-CoV-2 can be transmitted before symptoms appear and throughout the course of the disease.
