The objectives of this registry are to 1. Collect clinical data on Boston Scientific's ImageReady MR Conditional Pacing Systems involving the INGEVITY lead based on observations / events 2. Gather data on actual number of MRI scans performed in the patient cohort implanted with an ImageReady system including information about scanned body parts. 3. Collect physician feedback on lead handling with the INGEVITY lead in a real-life, market-released standard of care environment using devices on intended purpose and which are authorized to bear the CE (Communauté Européenne) marking / are approved for use in the applicable area of participating centers. No additional invasive or other burdensome examinations are to be carried out other than the ones conducted by the centers per their general standard of care.
Meropenem-vaborbactam is being compared to piperacillin-tazobactam in the treatment of adults with complicated urinary tract infection (cUTI) or acute pyelonephritis (AP).
The purpose of this study is to determine whether a new infant cereal has an effect on weight gain and intestinal microbiota compared to a standard cereal in healthy infants .
The study goes on 24 months, with recruiting, treatment and follow period for all patients. The first day for each patient will be the first cellular administration. 3 doses will be administrated every 3 months from first dose. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of ibrutinib in combination with rituximab in participants with Waldenström's macroglobulinemia (WM).
This open-label extension of the JIGSAW studies (WA28117 [NCT01904279] and WA28118 [NCT01904292]) is designed to evaluate the long-term safety and efficacy of subcutaneous (SC) tocilizumab treatment in participants with polyarticular-course and systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis (pJIA and sJIA). Participants from the 2 JIGSAW studies will continue to receive 162 milligrams (mg) of SC tocilizumab with treatment schedule according to arthritis subtype and body weight. Participants will receive the treatment until commercial availability of the drug or for a maximum of 5 years, whichever is earlier.
This registry is a prospective, multi-center, observational study and will collect safety data on multiple myeloma adult patients who have received at least two prior therapies and take IMNOVID (pomalidomide) as part of standard care. The registry will remain open until 500 patients will have received at least 3 cycles of pomalidomide. All patients registered will be followed for up to 3 years after the informed consent date or until death or withdrawal of consent. During this time the incidence of second primary malignancies (SPM), overall survival and any occurrence of a pregnancy will be assessed.
The main objective of this study is to compare a Dual Antithrombotic Therapy (DAT) regimen of 110mg dabigatran etexilate b.i.d. plus clopidogrel or ticagrelor (110mg dabigatran etexilate (DE) DAT) and 150mg dabigatran etexilate b.i.d. plus clopidogrel or ticagrelor (150mg DE-DAT) with a Triple Antithrombotic Therapy (TAT) combination of warfarin plus clopidogrel or ticagrelor plus Aspirin (ASA) <= 100mg once daily (warfarin-TAT) in patients with Atrial Fibrillation that undergo a PCI with stenting (elective or due to an Acute Coronary Syndrome). The study aims to show non-inferiority of each dose of DE-DAT when compared to Warfarin-TAT in terms of safety. Safety will be determined by comparing the rates of bleeding events, assessed using the modified International Society of Thrombosis and Haemostasis classification of Major Bleeding and Clinically Relevant Non Major Bleeding Events.
The study evaluates the efficacy of fluticasone furoate/umeclidinium bromide/vilanterol (FF/UMEC/VI) to reduce the annual rate of moderate and severe exacerbations compared with dual therapy of FF/VI or UMEC/VI in subjects with COPD. Published studies which assessed the use of an 'open' triple therapy (use of Inhaled Corticosteroid [ICS]/ Long-acting Muscarinic Receptor Antagonists [LAMA])/ Long Acting Beta-Agonist [LABA] delivered via multiple inhalers) in moderate-severe COPD patients, reported improvements in lung function, Health Related Quality of Life (HRQoL), hospitalization rates and rescue medication use, compared to dual therapy (ICS/LABA) or LAMA alone. These studies have also shown similar safety profile with dual or monotherapy doses for periods of up to one year. Given the clinical experience with FF, UMEC and VI, and that the associated risks with these compounds are anticipated from their known pharmacology, the potential benefit of a new therapy option in patients with moderate to severe COPD supports the further development of the closed triple combination (delivered via one inhaler). In the current study subjects meeting all inclusion/exclusion criteria will complete 2-week run-in period; 52 week treatment period and a 1-week safety follow-up period.
